2022-Oct. This McD is inside WalMart. We ordered via app and picked up our order. There was a line when we got here, so we sat in one of the tables while we wait. They got our order right.

Not much you can say about McDonald’s that is an already known. I wish they would get my order right or not allow random people to come in and take the order but I know some of these elements are not in their control. it’s very big for the homeless to hang out there.

I don’t expect much from McDonald’s besides providing quick service and half-way decent food. But, I’m going out of my way to let you know that this is where homeless people hang out. So not only does it stink but there’s also flies. Unless you’re cool with it stinking and flies landing around your food I do NOT recommend eating at this McDonalds. Order to-go.

Tonight I Had A Bad Experience As Almost Always When They Mess Up My Order At This Location. I Always See It As An Honest Mistake “Every-time” Tonight I’ve Had Enough Of This Place And There Bs. This Is The Only McDonald’s I Know From Most Of Them, Where They Repeat Your Order To You Twice And Yet Still Manage To Get It Wrong! Amazing Honestly, How Often It Happens. I Asked For A GM Number, And They Refused To Give Me The Number, But One Of The Employees Named Carlos Working Tonight Stated That He Could Give Me A 1800 Number To Call Yet Gave Me A 760 Number. I Hope The Manager’s That Are “In Charge” Take Care Of These Care Less Employees, It Was Almost Like They Laughed In My Face, Mind You I’m Paying For My Meal And My Kids, The Least You Could Do Is At least Do Your Job As Employees, They Pay You To Do Your Job, So Do It! I Don’t Want No Freebies, Just Do Your Job! Standing Around And Talking While I’m Telling You Something Is Wrong Is Not What You Get Payed For. I tried to be nice on my last review, but nice only gets you so far! The employees are consistantly incompatent and management at this pace is beyond horrid. Time after time, the managers here gossip about customers and have zero desire to make the customer happy because work is for the peons even if the customer’s frustrations are entirely the fault of them and or their employees. Is a simple apology or even a little smile asking for too much.

Customer service is the worst! Doesn’t matter if you go in or drive through.. Manager had hickies on his neck and the girl in the drive through was rushing me with attitude! Like where did I just come to??! There even told my daughter that their coffee wasn’t real and they don’t have decaf..WTH??
