I ordered a $5 smoothie, I expect a full cup. When the lady handed out the window I asked why wasn’t my cup full. She LIED and said we don’t fill the smoothie all the way up. The only reason I accepted it was because I was running short on time. For $20 hour surely you can do better than this!

This mcdonalds is horrible. I dont know why i try to give it chance after chance. They can never get a basic order correct. I ordered here for convenience and because my wife is pregnant and wanting it. If we ask for something like no cheese or no pickels they get it wrong every single time. Honestly would rather go to the one in calimesa at least they can follow simple directions.

I’ve never been to the store and I had the best experience during my visit here at this McDonald’s location. Brittany, a store at that time, met and exceeded my expectations of what McDonald’s should be. A welcoming personality and a smile made it all worth it.

When I called for confirmation they instantly hanged up and when I went there they go my order horribly wrong I asked for a 5 piece nugget and a Dr Pepper and they gave me a McDonald’s crispy and a cherry coke. (Recommended to go to either the other banning location or Calimesa here they always get your order wrong some how small or large.)

I’ve been to McD’s all across the U S and never, ever saw a McD’s like this one. We ordered 2 Deluxe Breakfasts. I get these at other locations all the time but couldn’t hardly eat this one. The muffins were burnt, the hashbrowns were dry and overcooked and the eggs i can’t even describe but just to look inside…I’m not even sure what was in there but it looked like a lot of finely shredded cheese. I wouldn’t have taken a bite if I had really looked at them first. The one bite with absolutely no flavor and then taki g a good look at those eghs, well it was a lot of hard earned money wasted.

I had gone on McDonald’s website and saw I was able to order food and have it delivered so I went ahead and placed an order for delivery on 12/5/2025 between 4:40pm-4:50pm (over 24 hours in advance) for 2- big Mac grinch adult happy meals and 2- 10 piece nugget grinch adult happy meals which by the time I was done spent about $86 only for my family to be so excited (we planned a family movie night along with our dinner) and so when 5pm rolled around and then 5:40pm rolled around I call the delivery service and they say they are waiting on our meal from McDonald’s still and it should be to us by 5:50pm and if not call back. So I wait another 8 minutes then receive a text saying my whole order is canceled that it could not be fulfilled. I do not think this was right to do to any customer. If there is an option to order for scheduled day and time it all should be honored or told to the customer immediately, not over an hour of waiting and having to go through all that. So not only was our dinner ruined so was our family movie night since I had to go to another fast food place to get food for my family and by the time my family was able to eat and the movie we were going to watch was the grinch so that was ruined as well tonight. I am not just blaming McDonald’s as I am also blaming Doordash as well for dropping the ball on this too.

Ordered breakfast on the mobile app and and arrived before 1030. Waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes. When I got to the window I was informed they couldn’t make my breakfast as it was after 1030. The manager Jaque proceed to call me a liar and tell me I wasn’t there before 1030. Completely unprofessional customer service.

Not sure her name, but there was an African American woman working behind the counter and she was EXTREMELY rude. I heard her speak rudely to other customers and then when she called my number she was rude to me too. Just uncalled for. She needs to be fired or adjust her attitude.
