Why do I always have to ask you idiots for ketchup and napkins? Does it not cross your mind to put some in the bag before handing me the bag of food? Pos employees always doing the bare minimum. Been here twice in the past month, both times drive-thru. Today, I ordered two big macs (among other things), got one big Mac in the bag. Last time I asked for a double quarter pounder, got one with one patty. They have serious issues getting orders correct. I wouldn’t go here until they straighten out their issues…unless they’re deliberately trying to cheat people. I hope not.

The food was made hot and fresh and this location appeared to be a new facility, so the restaurant was clean and employees were friendly. The self order kiosks weren’t working but I was ok with that since I prefer human interaction anyway. I appreciated the service and friendliness of the employees. The coffee that was served was cold. On several occasions, there were many customers waiting without a single employee visible. It has minimal customer in the dining room, yet the dining room is not clean. This McDonald location doesn’t portray what McDonald is all about.

This McDonald’s has a very trash customer service, the employees are rude and they looks so miserable with their jobs, you can see frustration in their faces and behavior. I understand that working with public is sometimes stressful but if you cannot manage that, then go and look for another job. Since this McDonald’s opened, they have never gotten my orders right, they are ALWAYS giving me exactly the opposite food of what I ordered. It seems like they are doing this on purpose for having fun or just bothering customers. Seriously, change your rude actitud and do your job right!

Fries and chicken sandwiches aren’t as good as at other places. They also had posted some sign about paying, but it made no sense and when i asked them what it meant, they didn’t know themselves. They couldn’t tell me how i could pay. I processed to give them cash and they weren’t sure if they could take it, but they did. A few minutes later i asked the manager what the sign meant and she she didn’t know either, but i had to pay with card. This is after i paid with cash. I sat there with the food that i just ordered trying to understand what that sign meant. All in all it left a bad taste in my mouth.
