I went through the drive-thru amd Apparently the food prepares can not read. The order was simple, mustard only, pickles only on a double cheese burger. See the photos. Receipt is very precise. The burger has ketchup and no mustard or pickles.

Only giving two stars because for once my fries are hot and seem fresh. Usually they are cold and hard.
I’ll come here and see people waiting at the front counter and no one helps them. The staff ignores everyone and just tells them to use the kiosk. What if they have cash?

Tonight I asked the girl at drive thru if I can use my code for rewards. She shut the window…no response. I waited a good minute until she said I can pull up to the next window. I told her I didn’t know if she got my rewards code or not. She didnt say anything just shut the window again… would have been nice to know or get some notice instead of getting the window shut on me and no acknowledgement. Very rude.

Stopped by McDonald’s today (Monday around 10 a.m.) and had a great experience. The food was fresh and actually really good for McDonald’s, but what stood out most was the wonderful woman working the counter. She was friendly, professional, and gave outstanding service. Just wanted to give her a shoutout—thank you for starting my day off right!

I had to correct the staff on what I ordered twice. Ordered two double cheeseburgers medium fry and a small chocolate shake. First thy tried to give me some McChickens and then thought I had a sprite in my order. I have no idea whose order they confused mine with because there was no one behind me in line until I got to the food giving window. Got home and my double cheeseburgers had barely any ketchup, no mustard, and no onions.

Had a pretty large order for the whole family and didn’t realize until I got home that half of it was missing. There’s nowhere in the app to contact about issues, and when I tried to call the phone line was disconnected. I don’t have time to drive 20 minutes each way to go back and complain in person…

We placed two separate orders for curbside pickup and they gave us two spoons, knowing we would share the small McFlurry. That is, no joke, the best service I have ever experienced at a McDonald’s in my entire life. 5 stars. I hope someone gets some recognition for that.

Absolutely the worst customer service of any place I’ve ever been to or ordered from. We ordered a double 1/4 pound burger plain. It cost over $10. What did we receive? An empty box. They claim they followed the order and there is nothing they were willing to do or even refund me. They found it comical and they were completely disrespectful. We refuse to ever go there again and I urge anyone that plans to go there, do so with caution. How can you treat people like this that ultimately pays for your overpaid wages?

I never make reviews but my god, the staff are absolutely terrible. I went in the other day and what seemed to be a manager tells a little kid with cash to go use the kiosk. 2 nights ago I used the app and wait in the drive through from 1030pm to 11:10pm and the big dude in the window didn’t even care enough to look up at the window to see that I was there. Finally I get my food and when I get home the order was completely wrong. Cooperate needs to come in and get rid of the staff or do a major retraining. Unacceptable for a store that burnt down to get rebuilt after years to be as terrible as they are.

What in the world is going on on this McDonalds. 25 minutes for 2 freaking McDoubles. Ridiculous ! Should of trusted all these reviews. I can’t believe it. There was only like 4 customers and all waiting for their food. Corporate needs to fire everyone here. Supervisor on green/blue was in the phone while we all where waiting on orders. 10.03 515pm.
