It is incredible how long this McDonalds has been closed. This place looks bad and continues to be an eyesore. I am surprised McDonalds’ HQ in Chicago isn’t embarrassed to have their corporate logo on this building. The owner posts in the local paper that they are soon going to start repairs but nothing ever happens. It has now been closed since August of 2021. It may take time to get permits; but really, two years? Maybe another company should just take it over. Jack in the box, which is down the street, virtually tore down their old structure and literally rebuilt it in less time. It took them three to four months before it was up and running again.

I just got my order and it had so much grease running down the bottom of the bag that my car seat is soaked. The fries and the burger is soaked in grease! So much that it was literally dripping!

Ordered online through the mobile app. No problem ordering through the mobile app. Order was sent immediately to the restaurant. Just had to wait a few minutes to pick up. Drinks were fine. The restaurant itself is nice and cozy. It was cold outside and warm inside. They have plush seats not hard seats that you’d find in a older McDonald’s restaurant. In fact this restaurant looks recently remodeled and look really modern and new. The restroom was also clean and so was the restaurant. That would give this place five stars but they need to be friendlier and quicker.

The women in the light blue polo I think working tonight at the Ramona,Ca McDonald’s was absolutely wonderful. She made my kids night with the ice cream cones. Just wanted to say that her customer service was fantastic and you usually get that at a fast food place. Didn’t catch her name but she should definitely get a gold star for her actions tonight.

The drive thru line was so long so I walked in. I stood at the counter 3 min before anyone even saw me but they still didn’t acknowledge my presence. If I hadn’t been so hungry, I’d of left! Two people walked over to the counter and did ‘their thing’ but still I wasn’t acknowledged. Finally someone came over and took my order. Kudos, I received my quickly. I less than enjoyed it though. I got the chicken biscuit. I had it once before and it was a nice piece of meat, perfectly breaded and cooked. This time it was paper thin; you couldn’t even see any meat between the biscuits. It was over cooked, way too crisp and not juicy. The biscuit was over cooked, way too crispy and dry. Good thing I had a drink. Great way to lose a customer McD’s!
