McDonald’s new self-serve kiosks are the slow, blinking death of what used to be an American institution. Remember the old folks who’d camp out with coffee refills and a newspaper? Gone. The hum, the chatter, the little slice of life that used to make this place more than a sodium pit? Gone too.
Now it’s just cold automation and dead eyes. Food with all the soul of a cinder block. No service, no humanity, hell, you can’t even wash your hands or take a piss without begging a keypad for permission. A restaurant shouldn’t feel like airport security.
McDonald’s has jumped the proverbial shark. Do yourself a favor: don’t eat here. They don’t care about your experience, your health, or anything beyond scraping a few more dollars out of your day. There’s better food and better people just about anywhere else.

This location has alot of homeless activity outside. I ate inside and several homeless came in and out, many had obvious signs of drug use. I WITNESSED A MAN WITH A DOG ENTER THE FEMALE BATHROOM. That MAN stayed in the female restroom for well over 30 mins doing things other than what the restroom is soppost to be used for. I told 2 employees what had happened and it was obvious they did not care. Please do not come if you have children or are not easily aware of your surroundings.

This was supposed to be the gold sauce sandwich with pickles. No mods. Wanted to try something new. Thanks for this BS. Didn’t come with anything on it and what they did put on it was laughable. Just don’t go to this location unless you want to get screwed over.

Antwan was so attentive and made me coffee with a warm smile the young men here treat women with respect !?Josue is also manager material for food and beverage,so professional and attentive to consumer needs he even waited for me to taste the coffee to see if was good like a chef?! Bon appetit! The young men here are off to a great start in developing skills for success! One time the team for got to put cream and sugar I asked on the app need helpful reminders please because I had to drive back three miles and one time after ten pm the crew gave me cold fries so keep an eye out for the night crew. Wet drive thtough and asked for a Big Mac with no bun but extra lettuce and pickles. Who thinks this is anything anyone would want to eat as a meal! Why is this so difficult. It’s not that hard to pay attention. Why would they send this out on this giant plastic tray when obviously EVERYTHING was missing. I drove home stupidly trusting it would be right. Not only that I waited so long i truly thought they had forgotten. Would you want to eat this!? This is Something they do sometimes get right but if they don’t it’s RIDICULOUS! Do better!

If I could give zero stars I would. This McDonald’s location truly needs to be reviewed by upper management. My orders are consistently incorrect, no matter how simple the request is. Asking for extra ketchup results in receiving none, and requesting no pickles somehow turns into getting even more than usual.
As a former McDonald’s employee, this is extremely disappointing and concerning. It’s clear the staff isn’t paying attention to order accuracy, and there seems to be little regard for customer satisfaction.
I avoid this location whenever possible because I can almost guarantee my order will be wrong. Today I only stopped by because my son was hungry and I didn’t have time to drive to the more reliable McDonald’s up the street—which is the one I normally go to even though it’s farther away, simply because the service is so much better.

Well they’re busy did pretty good job considering how busy they wereI don’t know what the first cashier did I said I wanted the two sausage egg McMuffins for $4 and he tells me the price was 1925 had to go to a second cashier who got my order correctoverall I give him a three and a half on a 5 scale
