Couldn’t get any service at the counter after waiting a few minutes. Ordered a $6 dollar large fry (you read that right). Took about 10 min to get my fries and they weren’t even full. Asked for bbq sauce and was informed it would be a 35 cent up charge. What happened to McDonald’s?

Good luck trying to figure out what you want to order…Their menus have been like this for months! Parking lot surrounded by sketchy individuals. Double check your orders before you drive off as sometimes there’s items missing from your order.

We downloaded the McDonald’s app and we saw that they had something new for us that we never seen where you order on the app and you eat at the place and they take the food to the table for you. When you get there you put the table number on the app and someone brings the food to you. We wanted to try that service out since it’s something new for us. I don’t know if it’s new for everybody so we waited and waited and finally I hear my husband’s name being called. so when they call your name is for you to go and pick up your food yourself. so we went to pick up our food and I asked the lady giving us the food, I believe it was the manager because of her uniform I said to her I thought you guys took the food to the table. I saw that on the app and I also researched it online to make sure it was true and she said not when they don’t have enough employees. I just said okay but because of my question another customer that heard what I said, said to me that I was rude. I just explained to her of the service that I saw online but she still called me rude. I don’t know why I didn’t think I was. I didn’t even ask in a rude tone but I guess when McDonald’s doesn’t have enough employees, they don’t give that service. Now I know

I went here on a sunday afternoon to dine inside and collect Happy Meal TMNT x Hello Kitty and Friends toys. I’m not from around the area but the food was hot, fresh and tasted great! The people working there are awesome!!
