I ordered through the drive through recently and my fries were soggy and covered in burnt oil residue. It was disgusting. I went inside and got a refund. If you know your oil needs to be replaced why continue frying food and giving it to customers? I feel like it can make somebody sick. I will not be returning.

I don’t recommend this place because it’s the third time in the past three months they get something wrong on my order. It even showed on the receipt what I ordered and it’s almost like they did things on purpose. So I went there last Thursday afternoon (1/11/24) and six burgers that order customized were wrong and what bothered me the most was that the receipt had a label saying it was double checked. They put 6 pickles on a burger I ordered with no pickles! It even said on the box no pickles. They gave me the burgers the opposite of how I ordered them. My rational thinking says they did it on purpose. The girl at the second window didn’t even greet me and I get it, it’s fine, they’re busy but doing my order wrong multiple times is not cool. I told her in a nice way if she could put extra ketchup in my bag and she even said yes. I get home and no ketchup in the bag. On good note, at least they got my 4 drinks correct. I’m a local and I’m not going here in a while. I decided to leave this review so it doesn’t happen to others.

I’ve never had issues at this location until recently. The lady at the 2nd drive up window is rude and rushing. When I went to check my bag she seemed annoyed saying it’s all in there. Well it wasn’t. So thank you for forgetting 2 of my items.

Restroom totally contaminated and with terrible smell. Dirty. Not well cared and maintained. Disgusting. Specially for the size of this brand.
You should be cleaning at least every hour. And if you are receiving homeless that don’t care about hygiene, install keypads on doors.
If they don’t care restroom, imagine the food.

Waiting 15+ minutes at the pick-up counter for a mobile order is ridiculous. Not even approached or asked to be helped after standing at the counter for that time.
After deciding it’d be faster to go to the drive thru for help, turns out they didn’t even have the order… Had to get it basically re-ordered at the window and then wait for it to be ready. Whole ordeal took over half an hour.

Terrible food served cold pancakes.They don’t have any butter or strawberry jam.The place is filthy, the restroom.I think the porto potty is better than the restrooms.They have dirty restrooms at that mcdonald’s stinks!

Very long wait in the drive thru. I ordered on the app, went to the drive thru and when I finally got to the window I had to wait a long time. They didn’t even include the drink. I had to ask and there was no apology. Won’t return.

I am updating this review because today on December 11, 2025 I did a pick up order and used the drive-through option and whoever was the Voice that greeted and did orders on the drive-through at around 8:00 AM made me smile and was the best ever drive-through guy I have ever seen at McDonald’s he was very happy enthusiastic and pleasant and my order was perfect fresh and now I have a whole new outlook on this particular McDonald’s in Fallbrook off ammunition good job and the drive-through guy should be getting a raise
