The drive through team can’t get orders right at all. Stop paying these folks $15/hour because they’re not worth it. Every time I go through that drive through, I know they are going to forget something. Its a sustained pattern of sub par performance and the franchise owner should really consider reviewing their employees performance.

This McDonalds location out of every one I’ve been to on the continental United States has to be the worst one you could go to. It has a wonderful location however, they have combined that with the worst staff most likely hand chosen by a bag of blind snakes and an empty can of Peter Pan peanut butter. If you could get an award for being slower than paint drying this group gets it hands down, furthermore perhaps some basic reading lessons may be needed, seeing as they can’t get any order right. I recommend firing the staff or closing this location down.

If I could give no stars, I would. I went in, and I normally don’t have a problem with customizing my breakfast order, and the cashier just kept telling me no, they don’t have what I wanted which I know that they did instead of asking a manager or trying to accommodate my order. Her answer was just no over and over again never again.

Waited over 25 minutes only to receive the wrong orders (2 wrong sandwiches and missing sides). While waiting I observed a very rude manager interacting with his staff. Many options in this area for quick lunch while on the road – skip this location and find a new spot for lunch.

Playground is fun for the kids. They clean & sanitize every 4 hours. They close it for 30 minutes every time they clean (6am, 10am, 2pm, 6pm & 10pm). They have touch screen games for the kids too! Cashier was nice food was hot and fresh!

Incomplete order. Some of us if not the majority of us really cannot afford the time to come in and tell them that they did the order wrong or forgot something in our order. This may just be me peeved but this isn’t the first time this Mcdonalds had not completed the order. When I am planning on eating and straight to getting ready for work due to lack of time.

There is plenty of parking on McDonald’s, the staff is super friendly and ready to help you. It’s a fas food restaurant that serves breakfast, hamburgers and kid meals. The coffee it’s really good with the right temperature and flavor. Depending on the season the will have awesome deals. Drive true open after 5 am for breakfast meals.

I stood in line behind a girl for approximately 10 minutes. The girl came out and took her order and then went back to the kitchen. She looked at me 3 times as i asked for help. I am thoroughly disgusted at how you treat your customers. You help your customers. I will be going to corporate and the bbb as well. Teach your employees some customer service skills.

This McDonalds always has extreme time delays for food, no communication to the customer when they are out of something and that’s what you are waiting on. Sorry to say this establishment needs some structure because it seems like the workers are running around without direction. This wasn’t the first time my food from there was delayed, cold, or wrong. This happens every time we go there.
