Hope you’re not using your app here. If you get the manager she will take the code from the app at the counter, then refuse to honor the selected app code. I’ve had other attendants have no problem with ringing up orders I’ve used with the app. Just when the manager is there. If McDonald’s is promoting deals on the app, & you both take the code then refuse to honor it, then why are you under the McDonald’s name? When the app says that your location accepts the promotions offered on the McDonald’s app.

I received a really gross looking smoothie with a third of it missing and I when asked why it looked like that the worker just said that’s how they look the machine makes them.

Rude manager poor customer service, how many times do you have customers give compliments to your employees. Exactly not often I step to the side to point out an employee to give a compliment to the manager in regards to how great his service is whenever I come in there. But instead I was racially profiled and disrespected by the manager around 11:15 a.m. today October 10th. I’m a large African-American man and it was clear that the general manager was profiling me because of my appearance. When I was merely trying to give an employee a compliment on his service and how well he seemed to enjoy his job on a regular basis. But instead Hispanic manager in charge of the store was rude confrontational and profiled me. Pretty sure this will be the last time I come to this McDonald’s they never cover the front and they always make you feel like you’re there bothering them. This is a direct reflection of leadership and I’m pretty sure this is a franchise location it’s ran like one. It’s always dirty it’s never clean and you never feel welcome that’s why the lobby is always so empty.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s in San Diego. I could ask for a muffin to be toasted and it will be burnt every time their excuses they have no control over the toaster. I’ve had to return items numerous times because they continuously burn the muffin. I don’t understand what’s so hard about toasting a muffin That is usually uncooked. Their service is horrible.

This place stays messing up orders. I have to open orders in front of them just to be sure they didn’t screw up again. Drive thru, self serve kiosk, everything. There only redeeming factor is that they will own up to mistakes and provide complimentary fries or whatever.

Every time I come to this place, my order is always wrong one way or another even when it’s slow. The food is either cold or just thrown together. I’m super disappointed that it has become this bad.. There is no customer service to repeat my order twice because the Employee was to lazy to hear my order the first time, drinking are over fill, not the first time, I got a kid’s happy meal and two adult happy meal, No sauce in any cold hard Frys and the meals were cold

It’s really upsetting to be a disabled veteran and have a handicap placard only to find that the access doors for the handicap parking are blocked. The explanation the door is just not working this morning that’s a lie the door is locked. This is a safety issue for any disabled person or elderly person!!

Very busy location. Like other stores, the employees are in the back working and not very helpful. You have to order off the kiosk and get a code to use the restroom.

When i asked if everything was in the bag, it wasn’t a trick question. Of course I found out the answer that they shorted me 2 items when I was already on the other side of town.
