I have been to MANY McDonald’s restaurants. This place is different, in a good way. I placed my order through the app and while waiting, some manager asked me if everything was alright. Super! Then a friendly young lady employee walked by me with a welcoming, warm smile. She did orders delivery on the parking section, cleaned up the restaurant, and when I got my food, she came over to my table, asking me if everything was okay. I asked for something and she immediately brought it to me, with a smile! The food (Big Mac Meal) was fresh and exactly what I ordered. The Big Mac was spot on, just like the pictures! No wonder this place won a prize for best service. In all these many years visiting McDonald’s restaurants, this one stands out! Old school quality!

The Quadratic Large Screen of the ads makes the food look so attractive. A large outside dining area along with the drive-thru lane. Many parking spots are available here. The indoor dining area is kept clean and fresh. Nice atmosphere on a Sunday morning.

I typically love McDonald’s unsweetened iced tea. today it was really watery. Their value menu sure went up in price! it’s now 5 bucks for a McChicken. the workers at this location are very friendly and hard-working, the good review is for them.

Wrong items received. Specific orders were not provided. Small French fries were given for an order of medium French fries. The meat is burnt, tastes weird, and is a little hard to chew. Condiments were requested on the sides, but nothing was on the sides, and fewer condiments were put in the sandwich. Pickles were ordered in the sandwich, but there were no pickles. This is not the Uber drivers fault as the mcdo bag is closed with the mcdo stickers.

Went to the drive through at 4:19AM on 02/09/2026. I waited at the ordering part for ten minutes calling hello and even once honking, no response. We drove around to the window to see a white/light Hispanic employee with black hair standing and eating away from the window with no headset on, talking to another employee. We went around again and got no response so we pulled up to the window again only for the employee to stare at us and walk away from the window into a further area in the back and stare at us until we left.

Stopped by to pick up a quick cup of coffee and some morning treats on the way to see some soccer games. Location of the McDonald’s is very convenient. Located right of the freeway, this location shares its parking with other eatiers. Yet getting around was a breeze even though it seemed that there were many patrons. The restroom facilities were super clean. I even enjoyed looking at the local traffic and weather information displayed on a TV in the dining area. Plenty of seating both indoors and outside.

I recently stop at McDonald’s near the Del Mar fairgrounds, and boy, was it an experience to remember! I decided to quench our thirst with some refreshing Coca-Cola and Diet Coke. Simple, right? Oh, how wrong we were! The masterminds behind the counter managed to turn our straightforward order into a comedy of errors. Instead of Coke and Diet Coke, we received the delightful combo of Dr Pepper and Coke Zero.
I decided to check the reviews on yelp while sipping on my unexpected concoction. Lo and behold, the tales of terrible service were shockingly accurate. I sympathize with those who received subpar treatment—it’s not easy being charged $5 more for something you can get for less at other McDonald’s locations. And just when you thought it couldn’t get any crazier, they had the audacity to ask for a tip! I mean, come on, folks. Isn’t that what the golden arches are for? To provide us with affordable food and a good laugh?
