This place keeps getting worse and worse i asked for fresh fries with no salt since I suffer from high blood pressure and i try to limit on little things here and there. So the manager i can hear him complaining about it. He throws back in the fryer old fries to get the salt off the fries. They were horrible I had to toss them out. THEN… he was yelling at the employees and insulting them. After that he starts calling customers numbers while everyone is literally standing like 2 -5 ft away from the counter. He was yelling at the top of his lungs. This manager was a male dark complexion and heavy set looking. So here we are paying higher prices so they can jave good wages and they cant provide basic services

I ordered an Oreo McFlurry, a caramel sundae, and an apple pie. The sundae was disappointingly small, with large air pockets and very little ice cream. Additionally, the apple pie was crushed and unpleasantly hard.

Do not order from this McDonald’s. They cant get the order correct & when you bring up the issue they onky say sorry we cant do anything. I ordered a couple of McDoubles. Xtra no pickle, xtr onion & mustard. I got neither. I had to go inside the store wait another 10 mins for them to still mess up the order 3 more times. After the 3rd time I got tired of waiting so I left with my food. I get home & still no Xtra mustard. It’s like they didn’t even try. I called to tell them they still messed up my order all I got was “we’re sorry” can you come back to the store? As if gas is super cheap right now.

I stopped by this McDonald’s and honestly, the quality has gone downhill. The fries were old, soggy, and tasted like they’d been sitting out. What makes it worse is this location is locally owned and operated, you’d expect some pride in the product, but it’s the opposite. No attention to quality, no effort, nothing.

Today I made the mistake of coming in at about 6:15 am 9/14/2025, NOT BUSY!!. Maria, manager or shift supervisor that rung me up in the front…if you hate your job, quit and give your position to someone that will actually do their job. Unnecessary terrible experience for an absolutely empty drive thru and dinning room. Unbelievably miserable people working here.

Went to buy my family dinner after a long day at work & ordered a family meal and they forgot my sauces. Drove all the way back over a 10 minute drive, gave me 4 sauces for my 20 nuggets. Didn’t even have the energy to be react. Went back home to cold food. No sense of empathy or care. Thank you.

I paid for a large and they gave me this. I did not think it would be this freaking skimped out. Manager was rude as well completely avoided taking my order. Finally a sweet girl in the back noticed me however and helped me out. Maybe hire better managers? Plus why is my burger meat hanging by a hair? Literally just puked.
