Not my first disappointment, and not sure I recall a good visit. Always done drive thru. Food is typically cold. This time didn’t disappoint. 10pm, line wasn’t excessively long, but took 20min for about 10 orders. Burger was warmish, fries were not quite as cold as the soda. Fortunately I have a frier at home.

I ordered a #4D. What I received for almost $12 was half of a chicken sandwich, with the other half filled with 4 slices of tomatoes. When I returned for a refund and asked for a manager, a rude, disrespectful woman named JAN was who I was unfortunate enough to have to deal with. She immediately threw my receipt in the trash and walked to the back of the kitchen. Another lady, who was actually respectful, came over to help. JAN soon returned after the other lady fished my receipt out of the trash, with what I thought was my refund for the poorly made order. Once I got into my car, I realized she had only given me a portion of the money I had paid.

I work for UberEats , I got an order and I was in MCDonald in order picking up location July 13, 2023 at 7:35. , one of the MCDonald workers who was lady with short body style , blue shirt and glasses on eyes told me , you are for picking up, I told her yes, she told me in loud voice, get back , please get back. This was the only bad behavior I experienced in U.S stores.

The food was okay. It’s not my favorite place to eat. The onion rings were over cooked and I threw most of them away. The service was really fast which tells me the food was pre-cooked. I don’t think I will be back unless I am really really hungry.

Just got home from going thrive thru at this location, my order is completely wrong my hot CHOCOLATE doesn’t even have chocolate, our happy meal is not complete they forgot my sons apples, my husband order is completely wrong. We waited in line for a while and as we were waiting by the window we see the staff nonchalant eating, laughing, joking which is fine but have the decency to make the order right since you have so much time on your hands. Very disappointed.

If I could rate lecornu enterprises & lecornu enterprises II also cant forget PFS foods I would rate them a 0 star the management is horrible the HR department destroys lives underpays employees and is only concerned only for personal gain not that McDonalds is a 5 start restaurants or cares about there core values or there employes but some franchisee Actually do and provide great assistance with in restaurants and out of restaurant needs if your looking for a speedy and orgianl mcdonalds with core values and original food I suggest these franchisee and locations
