If I can give this location zero stars I would. Their service is super slow. Management is awful and don’t care to make the moment right. Customer service is worse than trash. Paid for my order and when I arrived to pick it up they said they didn’t recieve my order. I was at the right location & was charged. Manager said they wouldn’t do anything for me because it was probably an error on my end. I had to repurchase my $30 order. It’s been 2 weeks and it was not an error on my end. My money was never returned. I paid double for my order. Where is the customer service? They did NOTHING to help me but give me attitude and keep telling me it was my fault they didn’t have my order although I had a receipt with proof of purchase for a order placed 10 mins ago at the right location. Don’t go to this location. They don’t deserve your money. Order accuracy and food quality is 50%. All you can expect from this location is awful service, bad food and wrong orders

I went through the drive-thru to order some fresh cookies, since McDonald’s is known for serving them warm. When we got the cookies, they were cold. We were really disappointed, so we went back through the drive-thru and told them the cookies weren’t fresh. The employee looked at me like I was crazy when I handed the cookies back and told us to park.
We didn’t even wait five minutes before someone came out with what felt like the exact same cookies—just warmed up in the microwave for a few seconds. It was obvious they weren’t freshly baked.
What makes it worse is that it wasn’t even busy. It was 10 PM on a Monday with no cars in the drive-thru. They easily could’ve put a new batch in the oven. Very disappointing experience.

We walked in and one of the employees, a young female was socializing with a customer. And she was very quick to ignore us and walking away from the register. We waited a few minutes to be served. By a drive-through employee. I also asked for the code for the restroom. They went and opened it for me, the rest was horrible. Trash cans full of toilet paper. Overloaded on the floor. As well as their trash cans in the restaurant overloaded with trash. Nastiness!

Sunday 9/7 at 7pm young lady working the counter and bringing out the food to people. Has to be probably the friendliest service I’ve ever received at mcdonald’s. I felt like I was at in n out! She even said have a nice day multiple times. Lol! not used to that at Mickey Ds. Food came out quick too. No complaints.

Thank you for actually giving me enough sauce for my order last location pissed me off. I asked for sauce for the big mack comb meal with the nuggets and they gave me 1 sauce! And I looked at them like really your gonna do me like that and then have the audacity to get mad cuz I asked for more sauce.
