They always put the least qualified kids with the worst customer service skills at the drive through. I used the drive through today 12/2/25 at approximately 3:20pm and was given my food by a girl with drawn in eyebrows who didn’t even greet us just handed us our happy meal and McFlurrys. Since I didn’t care for the gift card and receipt I kindly asked her to dispose of it for me. She came up with a policy on the fly about not being able to take any trash from customers. Trash? A Mc Donalds receipt and a Mc Donald’s gift card? Since when has that been a policy? I’m going to contact the main office email on the receipt to find out about this policy. I don’t like it when people make things up just because they are lazy, and don’t want to be helpful.

Every-time I order here they are always missing items doesn’t matter if it’s drive through or walk in . And the food comes out terrible never fresh even if I ask for “Made to Order” I asked them to give me fresh fries the girl took the fries back and boldly handed me back the SAME EXACTLY FRIES . When I complain because it’s every time I go in they forget sauce , don’t give me extra pickles that I order for my McDouble they just give me a smerk or attitude . So unprofessional

I ordered 2 McDoubles , 4 nuggets ,fries and an Oreo McFlurry . After the fact I ordered the food I asked for a non seasoned patty for my dog . Somehow they confused the entire order , I got 2 McDoubles. One with just regular meat (plain) which the meat was supposed to be for my dog hence the plain . Then the other mcdouble says qtr cheese but it has no cheese and is plain (so pretty much same thing as the other burger ) so now I got meat and bread . Now the pattys for my dog they had in a pancake container had onions on em . Just poor communication skills and bad order .

I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget and received a four. When I called, the phone rang a long time, they unhooked the phone then hung up after about 15 seconds. Previous times the double line gimmick didn’t work and after I paid they made me wait in the parking lot for my food as I watched the people in line behind me come and go. This practice makes a mockery of the timed drive thru. It may seem like they’re serving customers quickly but no, that’s why the lot in front of the store is always full.

Went thru drive thru oredered a 10 piece meal 6 piece chicken nuggets and buttermilk crispy sandwich. Got pulled over to the side wait wasn’t too long however no sauce for chicken nuggets and drink was not given. I had to go inside to ask for sauce and my drink. Disappointed that my chicken sandwich was burnt.

The absolute worst do not go there early morning or late night they do not care about how your food is prepared and their sneaky as well they will try to tell you a different price than what was on the screen and pocket the money and they don’t give you the receipt I just got this Double Quarter Pounder paid 7 freaking dollars and this is how it came out…can’t even eat it, and because they didn’t give me a freaking receipt I can’t get my money back.
