I ordered three chicken sandwiches and one Big Mac. I specifically requested no sauce on the chicken sandwiches, but all three came with sauce. I ordered many items, and trusting McDonald’s, I didn’t check the number of burgers on the spot. Only when I got home did I realize that they hadn’t given me the Big Mac! It’s absolutely ridiculous!

I went here since the line not crowd to get a large mocha because I wanted a game piece no piece at all they are using older cup to gate keep the game pieces not cool very upsetting spending more than $6 with no piece if I knew I would of gotten a large drink or iced coffee. Also tried to ask if I can play with cash like what the heck who carries cash nowadays.

On 1/11 on Sunday, I went to this McDonald’s and the manager Milfred was so rude and in a bad mood. From the beginning she was rude to me when I asked for more ketchup. She was also yelling at an employee because she wasn’t sending the food out fast enough even though she was alone in the kitchen. She was very rude and I was shocked to see her mistreating this person and talking to her in such a way that was uncalled for. I love eating at McDonald’s but after seeing this type of behavior from a manager I am disgusted and in disbelief. Management needs to take a look at this manager and maybe even others if they are allowing this type of behavior. I will not be going to this McDonald’s ever again.

I bought the Happy Meal and specifically asked for a toy for a child under 3 years old. They didn’t give me that and they didn’t want to change it because they didn’t have another one. I tolerate that, but then my hamburgers had paper inside, very unpleasant.

Only 1 cashier + automated kiosk helping customers during lunchtime. Parking can be hard to find sometimes. Staff is nice. Food comes out fast. Wifi works great and restrooms are clean. Most families come here for their huge 2 story indoor playroom.

Fast and friendly McDonald’s in Rosemead. The place was slammed so be patient but the diversity of the Chinese culture of the city is present and wonderful. Use the self service kiosks if dining in side and it is busy.
