I placed my order through the app and patiently went through the drive-thru to collect my food. Specifically, I requested no onions. However, much to my disappointment, when I checked before taking a bite, guess what I found? Onions! It’s disheartening that despite clearly indicating my preference, they still managed to include onions in my burger.

I went thru the drive thru and my kiddo called me on Snapchat and I put finger up to my lips as shoooo and window one with an employee Jeriah she was quite lol but looked so scared I felt bad for her I hung up and explained when she gave me change and she was all smiles about it lol ( I have 3 kids and an older one who runs me 40 bucks) so yeah I’m that mom lol that gets herself (me time stuff)

This location has amazing manager who is so considerate and so friendly . I ordered online with my favorite Mac Double . I can’t add extra pickle on the app. I just mentioned if I may have extra pickles. The staff is so kind .she is so busy in so many orders . Yet , among so many orders through her hands . My orders have extra pickles on my Mac double. She made my day by so cares in details and treat me like VIP . Thank you .
