Incredibly rude staff and employees. The level of employee incompetence is amazing. Immediately greeted with an attitude by the big girl working the drive through. Was left waiting for nearly half an hour for a mobile order only to be forgotten about. The amount of chaos and the lack of professionalism and general courtesy at this location cannot be understated. Will never return to this location again.

I placed my order through the app and patiently went through the drive-thru to collect my food. Specifically, I requested no onions. However, much to my disappointment, when I checked before taking a bite, guess what I found? Onions! It’s disheartening that despite clearly indicating my preference, they still managed to include onions in my burger.
This particular location previously served me excessively salty fries. I couldn’t even finish them due to the overwhelming saltiness. Consequently, I’ve learned my lesson and started asking for no salt. This way, if there happens to be any salt on the fries, it’s typically due to residual cross-contamination from another batch.
On a positive note, I can at least say that this time, my fries were devoid of salt. It’s just disappointing when simple requests like no onions or reduced salt aren’t given proper attention.

I love McDonald’s, something about the way their food taste is addicting to me. As such I tend to stay away from it because I would eat it everyday and that can’t be healthy. When I want to cheat on my diet this is my go to place. Here is the thing though, not all locations get the orders right or make the food look pretty or cook it the right way. I literally will not go to the Mickey D’s by my house because it is so bad. I’ve been to this one several times as I come to Pomona to visit family and the food and quality is always great.

On Google the hours say open 24 hours so came to this location for a late night craving and found it wasn’t so. These are the updated hours and they’ve blocked off the entrance to the drive thru. Please fix your hours on here

Food isn’t the best, not because of it being fast food. Just the way they slap it together and shotgun it into a bag feels unnecessary. Great service, great people all around, milkshake machine was working. Just hate it when they slap together like the building on fire. I’ve been to plenty of McDonald’s where they put it together nicely.

You have to wait until they are done with their conversations and then after they will take your order, the dinning room is always nasty and dirty.
And The drive thru lane takes forever.. they take their time and mess up the orders.
