Owner of this location, please help your store?! Either retrain your managers or get new ones who love to provide good quality food with prompt service. After waiting in the lobby for 25 minutes and getting ignored by employee, because online service was more important I went to drive thru. Your location had no fountain drinks. I didn’t want coffee so I got orange juice. After 2 dollar charge up it was watered down and missing 4th orange juice drink I paid for. My food was so cold Sir, I ended wasting my time and money at your location. The heavy set man in drive thru knew he punctured his nail in my sauce and when I got home it was a mess everywhere. Your staff needs your attention. I try to call and they pretend they don’t hear anything and they hang up. Test your own store yourself and see how terrible your team is. Just because your location is filled with homeless and trash out side does not mean your staff should provide trash service.

This has been one of the most disappointing McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. Every single sauce packet required an extra charge, which is already frustrating. I specifically asked for my McChicken to be fresh, and the staff assured me it was — but it clearly wasn’t. I’ve eaten McDonald’s enough times to know the difference. It honestly felt like the staff, including the manager, thought customers wouldn’t notice or care. Very unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

Ordered through drive thru. We got the wrong order even after repeating it to the person handing out the orders. I think there needs to be a better numbering system to avoid that repeating again. Otherwise, fries were fresh, not enough sauces on the burgers but overall pretty good.

Sometimes I’m running late for work and grab a couple sandwiches from here and they are usually good. I had a problem where I bit into it and found quite a few eggshells. Stuff happens, I get it. But I paid for this and wanted to get a refund. No reply from the manager at all, not even a sorry. I’m just 1 guys so it’s not gonna hurt them but I’ve always had fast food places try and fix or just plainly acknowledge the mistake and having nothing from them leaves a sour taste.

Ordered 35 bucks worth of food for 2 people the restraint doesn’t offer refills on drinks the fries were cold n had to be remade and my husband’s dbl qtr ordered mayo was charged for it n didn’t get any and some staff were just laughing in the back kitchen area to the point of almost childish behavior. Some of the breakfast sandwiches are not fully cooked. The egg was not cooked and was falling apart. Nasty!! Management needs to check their staff to make sure they are cooking food properly.

McDonald’s is pretty consistent yet there are some that stand out. This McDonald’s is clean for being a fast paced location. Brian greeted me at the register young man was polite and listened to my request. I had a question which he quickly called upon Jesus so they could accommodate my request. Jesus was very polite and friendly. Their customer service was excellent. I noticed Joel another employee in the back filling orders with such proficiency . The three worked together in harmony and were fast. Thank you Jesus, Brian and Joel for making my McDonalds visit a good one.

Down to Earth place, Good Staff, Great Team, The only they don’t do is discounts for Seniors. If you have the App for McDonald’s then you get the discounts on the items…Good to know.
