I went through the drive-thru around 3:10 PM on 2/22.
I ordered two Happy Meals, one McCrispy medium combo, and a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets.
When I got home, I found a long hair inside one of my son’s Happy Meal chicken nuggets.
This is extremely gross and unacceptable, especially since it was for my child.
I did not take the receipt, but I paid at the drive-thru around that time.
Please advise how this can be resolved.

Screen in drive threw is broken, waited 15 minutes for our food. Got home opened up the spicy chicken sandwich and what a joke. A drop of sauce on the sandwich and 2 pieces of onions. Waste of money. I come here often because they be on point, my sandwiches never complained, asked for extra pickles this is what I got, McChicken on point not to much mayo just enough lettuce, I couldn’t share the fries Bec I ate em lol idk why but everytime I come here they’re fries are on point, golden crispy not too salty just right and never gives the nasty after taste of old oil. On Sat Aug 13th the cook and the team members did an excellent job and need to be acknowledged for their hardwork. Great job and thanks

First they tell me I placed my mobile order at the wrong location. Then they tell me they gave my order to someone else but they can’t remake my order. Told me to cancel my order in the app but it does not let me after it detects I am at the store. If their staff messed up, why can’t they simply remake my order?
Contacted corporate who forwarded my issue to the store. After a week, a rep reached out. I show them my screenshot with my order info and they told me again I placed my order at a different location. My screenshot has their address… they couldn’t explain why their staff couldn’t simply remake my order and have stopped communication.

Just can’t “do-the-Mac! Nothing they serve doesn’t taste like “chemicals.” Guess that started with Engineers doing food. It just isn’t worth the bite.
Got coupons for smoothies. Ok what can they do to that? Well…a lot of chemicals taste like banana but nothing but a banana is a banana.
