The food was good, exceptthe fries, they were DEFINITELY NOT FRESH they were reheated!
The young man who came to take our order, didn’t acknowledge us at all. Just stared at us, until I finally asked are you ready.
There was a homeless man nd his shopping cart sitting inside. Most tables needed to be wiped down nd the floor swept. Had no small our med lids in ur self serve drink area. Only the shake lids. Just a terrible dining experience.

Be careful when using your phone to order at this McDonald’s. There is a hacker that messed up my order. My order was rerouted to a different restaurant. When I got there (drive through) my receipt could not be printed. I will have to check my credit card for fraud.

Great atmosphere to enjoy a cup of coffee, or any meal. Across the street from ELAC, many people around minded their own business, or just walking like zombies. Careful there, lately has been a little incidents that people drive like crazy, they do not looking around.

Horrible wait time (30min) and they have half the drinks out of service. Poorly managed location. If I were the franchise owner I’d seriously find out what the night manager is up to because he or she aint doing their job.
Food is a hit or miss at this location, 50/50 gamble every time you get an order. And why is it always cash only after a certain hour? They always seem to have their system down at night. No app usage or card payments, very odd.

Its been the last 2 or 3 times that I get the wrong order. Also yesterday I finally get the correct order but my hash browns are cold and my egg and sausage Mcmuffin is also cold not even warm. Not going back to this location in Monterey Park.
