First time to this location, very busy shopping center. Used the drive through, went very quickly. Same great food and quality you expect. The older woman at the second window was a little pushy, thought I was going to drop my drink the way she shoved it towards me, but the food was hot and fresh. Would return. Clean location, beautiful views here as well.

Extremely busy. Came for my daughter’s after school snack, which is a treat! Ordered 2 chicken nuggets happy meals and medium fries and it took almost 25 minutes. The dining room was a nightmare! Food, spilt drinks and trash all over the floor and tables, with no where to sit. Had to ask the manager to have someone clean, took 10 linutes to send someone out. The employee cleaning, cleaned one table in the amount of time I could have cleaned them all. Food was delicious as always, thankfully. Came out hot

Why does it take 30 minutes to fulfill a drive thru order? It really makes no sense. Placed my mobile order at 11:50 AM, received it at 12:24 PM. Took almost ten minutes to go through the drive thru, and then had me wait because the food isn’t ready yet. This wasn’t even busy. Maybe 7-8 people in the drive thru. This franchise location needs to get it together.

i went here just after work to get a meal for me and the family,
and the drive was closed, so i made an order to pick up on the app,
i go inside and the lady was being rude, she asked someone , didn’t you close the doors,
and then told me that they were closed.
i asked if they can cancel the order,
they said that i had to do it on my end.
and it didn’t allow me too .
so rude of them. i left and went to jack in the box where they weren’t rude to me.

I had a terrible headache and was not thinking straight when I pulled up. I guess the microphone wasn’t working or something was going on inside because teller never took my order and after waiting he directed me to the window but again I made the mistake of pulling up to the wrong window. The lady looks at me and then looks at her coworkers and says Y este carro que hace aqui? And then proceeds to do stuff and then comes to me. I let her know I have an order and she asks if I went to the guy and I said he said to come to the window and she tells me in a reprimanding and broken English to go to him and then go to her. I wasn’t sure if she wanted me to back up or not because there was a line again because there was nothing coming out of the microphones but I just stay and then she comes back and reprimands me again. Then she brings me my food and says “Here to you” and that’s it. No thank you, nothing. I was not rude at all throughout the whole process I was honestly just dealing with something, there is no need for you to lack the customer service skills needed in this industry and I would refrain from keeping the window open when speaking Spanish, I am latina don’t assume people of different colors can’t understand you. Side note, I haven’t seen him in a bit but there is a gentleman I sometimes see in the morning with a very positive attitude and great customer service skills, thank you for making my mornings awesome.

Never like this kinda review but if it saves someones sanity a bit….
Really think the Parents of children from Vineyard Junior High need to have a serious talks about throwing trash all over the McDonald’s and behaving extremely bad. Had a very large group in there after school and the adults were hiding from the brats inside the designated area play area. The children were laughing about being loud and getting kicked out again. Had their stuff litetally thrown everywhere. The entire inside was a wreck, trash out the door. That’s not funny. Threw out most of my food to run out when they decided to go be obnoxious in the play area with sodas inside the play gym tower. Zero manners and an extreme high sense of entitlement. ONE child was good and kept telling the group to chill that he didn’t want to be banned. Only the little girls started to listen. Yeah, they were also screaming very loud, randomly. Gave up waiting for a sauce I bought because I was ignored and didn’t want more PTSD. Fun times. If Santa needs coal I will volunteer as tribute to provide it . Love children and raised three sons. So glad I never had to deal with brats like that all the years I was room Mom. Bruh, they drove off the teenagers…. ♀️ I will never step foot in the place again. Drive through is long for a very good reason; found out the hard way today. The young workers running around delivering orders are HARD workers. Poor things looked defeated with the bratty chaos. They don’t get paid enough to deal with that shenanigans . Merry Christmas to the good ones!

If I could, I’d give it a 0. If you have any issues with your order, please cancel it directly by contacting customer service. Don’t expect the staff in-store to help you resolve the issue. They don’t care about you as a customer, even if your children are waiting for their food. I paid on the app, and the store said they didn’t receive the order. I tried to show them the recipe, but they acted impatient and didn’t listen. They just wanted to rush me out. I’d already paid, and I didn’t want a refund; I just needed the food to take home to my children. I waited for over an hour with no resolution, so I ended up reordering the same food. When I contacted customer service at home, they said they would refund my money in a few days. I’ve ordered food from this store weekly for years, and I’m so frustrated by the staff. This is the second time I’ve experienced this at the same store. Zero points.

Stopped in to get coffee. The school had just got out and lots of students were there. Which is fine, but the order area is small and the display on the order status board wasn’t working so it took a while to get our order. We waited and finally had to go up and ask about it. Was not very organized.

Service is horrible and sllooow . No type of acknowledgement or greeting form any employee. They want you order from the machine but then the machine is either out of service so only one machine. The customer in front needs helps, no employees to help . Service for phone is slow can’t order through app. No soda to get own refills. Have to literally wave and say excuse me repeatedly to get a refill. They don’t give you napkins or ketchup so again have to aggressively wave someone down and if they mess up on your order have to jump through hoops to get someone’s attention . Place is clean but that’s about it.

Newly remodeled, it’s smallish, but very clean and pleasant inside. The staff were extremely nice and the service was super fast, we only had to wait around 3 minutes for an order for 2. I actually enjoyed eating inside for once.
