Worse timing or is it always like this?? It’s 4:30 pm and is wall-to-wall teenagers blocking the entrance; sitting/laying on the floor and tables. There wasn’t ANYWHERE to sit until a table in the play area opened up. The tables and floors were flithy!! The only way to place an order was via the ONE working kiosk; no one was working the counter at all.

Since we didn’t feel like cooking breakfast, we sent someone to MCDonalds. Ordered two hash browns, one sausage McMuffin, and three orange juices to go. Getting home, we discovered the sausage McMuffin turned out to accidentally be a ham McMuffin, so we sent someone back to exchange. They gladly exchanged it, and since she was there, and was going to buy two more hash browns, they gave us those free!! Hey, can’t beat that!!

Second time getting cold food from this place. The fries were old, the nuggets were cold, and everything tasted like it had been sitting out. This is just terrible quality control.

What is the point of mobile ordering if the food is never done. This makes 3 times now where I mobile order. Arrive at the restaurant about 10-20 minutes later only to be parked and had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes. The food is paid for in advance so who cares if the customer shows up or not. They can’t use the excuse we are making it fresh because it’s not. Very disappointed in the direction this establishment is heading.

Update….. drive thru sign remains broken! It’s been like this for over a year. I understand that McDonalds is nationwide & practically everyone had the menu memorized, but it would be nice to look at it and see if there are any new specials or updates. I’m very disappointed. Also, the male on the speaker was not friendly. I was answered with a “What!” in a rude manner! … Employees need to be more customer service friendly!!! I have not been happy with this location on several occasions!

Ordered burgers, fries and chocolate milkshake. The burgers were good. The fries were “ok”. They were chewy like the oil wasn’t hot. The milkshake was not frozen at all. It was chocolate milk. Very disappointing. To top it off, we get home and i realize grease has soaked through the bag and on my clothes. When we took the food out of the bag, the bottom of it was covered in grease. Girst time at this location and we won’t be back.

First of all I used to like this certain McDonald’s until recently where one employee was racist and made us wait 20 minutes. He went on the serve many white people first, then finally bringing our food. The food was stale and worst quality I’ve ever tasted from McDonald’s

I just updated this review. All reviews are accurate as they are appearing and possibly inconsistent. Regardless it’s important to note that I’m eating the food as I’m writing this review. Much improvement in such a short time and I’m not a critic but they deserve positive recognition for the positive change. Right now the fries are like wow! Every little detail matters and you can tell now what the food quality, is delicious. Service was great! I went just around 8:00 p.m.
Oh and I forgot the coke flavor mix is on point.!! If you know you know! Thank you guys again!
