This McDonald’s location has to be one of the most frustrating and poorly managed I have ever visited. Every single time I come through the drive-through, no matter what I order, I’m told to pull ahead and park. It does not matter if I’m only ordering a simple soda, a cheeseburger, or something basic that should already be ready to go. They always ask people to park, and there are usually four or five other cars already waiting in the same situation.

It makes absolutely no sense for a fast food restaurant to constantly make people wait for small orders. I have been patient many times, thinking maybe it was just a busy moment or a one-time issue, but it happens every visit. The employees seem to have no system or urgency, and it feels like management doesn’t care about customer experience at all. When you look around and see multiple parked cars waiting for basic food items, you realize something is seriously wrong with how this place operates.

A drive-through is supposed to be convenient and quick, but at this McDonald’s, it’s the complete opposite. It feels more like a waiting lot than a drive-through. I have even seen people cancel their orders and drive off because of how long it takes. When your customers are waiting longer for one drink than they would at a sit-down restaurant, that says everything.

If management actually took the time to organize their kitchen, prepare common items ahead of time, and train their staff properly, this could easily be avoided. Instead, the experience feels careless and unprofessional. I’m not sure who’s running this location, but they need to seriously reevaluate their system because it’s clearly broken. Until that happens, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Probably the worst McDonald’s in the area, do not come here if you’re able to drive to any other one in the city literally any other one. They do not let you get refills after spending over $2 bucks for the cup and they hide the sign in the very very back by the food. Food was meh for McDonald’s but no refill? I understand no self refill but they can’t grab your cup?? Horrible place

Apparently, this McDonald’s has decided to stop offering refills on drinks. Unfortunately this is not disclosed in the app when ordering. Further, the emoyees at this location seem to actively avoid any interactions with customers. When trying to provide feedback on the 800 number, I was on hold for 25 minutes, then just disconnected. Avoid this location.

I had a great quarter pounder with cheese today. Ordered from the kiosk and food came out fast and hot. Restaurant was clean. It was 3pm so not busy at all. Enjoyed the 80’s music. Safe location.

This is a horrible McDonald’s don’t go there you waste your time. We were there for breakfast hours but they wouldn’t help us at the register they continue to get their orders Said there was 15 orders ahead of us so they made us miss breakfast and would not service they deliberately did it I heard the manager tell them Don’t don’t serve no more breakfast if you’re behind that’s not a customer’s problem if you can’t hire enough help that’s your problem I will never ever come to this McDonald’s again!!!!!!!!!

This place is horrible. They don’t give you your food at the drive thru window, they have you “pull up” and wait, until they eventually come out and give you your food.
They had me lined up with 7 other cars. When the employees finally came out, they came out with multiple orders and got confused over who got what. They gave the wrong people orders, kept running in and out for other food. It was chaotic. I ordered at 5:16 it is 5:32 and I’m still sitting in the car waiting. They’ve come out twice to ask what my order was.

If I had to compare the fries with the one made in chino hills parkway. It’s been terrible 8 out of 8 times. The fries are super dry and have no potato in them. It’s like eating French fry shells that are very dry, chewy, old and no flavor
