My wife and I stopped by here because I wanted to get a soda. Instead of paying a more expensive price at other places, I know McDonald has a great deal on soda during the summer. We came an hour before lunch so they were not busy at all. We went to the drive thru and there was only 2 cars in front of us. I put in my order of a large coke and asked for light ice. I was basically at the pickup window like 30 seconds later so it was quick.

One of the better McDonald franchises. Fast and friendly service. Clean. Lots of free parking. Standard McDonald’s food, which is pretty good. Reasonable prices, especially the 2 for $6 Friday breakfast special.

Manager took me 13 minutes to tell me my order was cancelled through app, not because of lack of funds, something to do on their end. I stood at the counter for 13 minutes, spoke to 3 different employees, no one could help, just had to leave. Placed an order on the app, it got canceled, placed an order on the kiosk, it was canceled. They laughed at me saying it was my fault. Tried to place an order with them they said they couldnt help me.

I had ordered 3 cheese burgers 10pc chicken nuggets and a mchicken, they only gave us one ranch and one barbecue we asked for more and the guy said he can’t it’s only one sauce Per order!! We arrive home to only see we had our 10 piece chicken nuggets and two cheeseburgers. Service sucks

Don’t order for curbside pick up. This place sucks in providing great service. For a fast food restaurant, this location is horrible in bringing out one sandwich out to curbside. I ordered ahead, checked in, and waited over 5 minutes and saw 5 cars get their order at the window. I could do a window too and would have gotten my food fast. Order for window pick up, not at the parking lot number for curbside pickup. While writing this review, 4 more cars have passed on. Horrible customer service.

Stopped by this Mc Donald’s in Santa Clarita from Lancaster to Ventura. Picked up a coffee & a simple burger around 830pm on Saturday. Only drive was open. Service was great and the person who worked the drive thru was very pleasant and kind. Wait times was fast.

Not cool waiting in line over 10 minutes to read this when we drive up. Ordered my 2 cheeseburger meal and bounced to another location. The burgers were fine and the fries were fresh. Next time have more Teen Titans toys for the kids meals! I’m out!
