I did the mobile order to save up time for drive-through pick up literally two McChicken‘s, it was ready when I come then after pulling to the second drive-through window no answer they made me wait 15 minutes until the car in front get their I guess family bundle with special burgers to pick up their order. Why don’t you do faster service why I coming to McDonald’s? With this wait time, I can go to the grocery store buy chicken fillet come home make the chicken patties bake the buns shredded up some lettuce, and add mayo and it still will be faster

the worker karyme palacios brought out my food and it was so delicious it had me licking me fingers. the chicken nuggets tasted like top quality chicken and the ranch was so good i was almost drinking it. my iced coffee was the perfect sweetness level. thank you karyme for your service. will be coming back.

This McDonald’s has the worst customer service. I sent my little brother in to get a Big Mac, and the so-called shift manager kept overlooking him because, according to her, the order was placed for curbside. However, the app clearly says to head inside for your order. I asked her what was going on and why no one had helped him, and she told me to watch my tone. When I asked for her name, she hung up on me.
They’re always missing items, and I’ve heard so many stories from current and former workers about how the managers play favorites and if you’re not one of them, they treat you like crap. I’ve even seen “managers” sitting on the countertops. These workers act like they’re in high school and have such bad attitudes. If these employees hate their jobs, maybe it’s time to look for something else, no one is making them work there, and they’re not working for free. Us as customers aren’t going there to spend money just to be given attitudes.
This location is constantly closing early, so much that the GM Maria has even given her phone number out to customers to call if it happens again. There have been too many incidents with this McDonald’s to the point where I don’t even trust them with my food anymore. And looking at these reviews, it looks like I’m not the only one having nonstop bad service here.
Today’s date and time of the call was 10/25/2025 at 5:28 PM. I really hope someone from corporate reaches out to me because it’s clear that the general manager Maria isn’t capable of handling these employees. The assistant managers Elena, Jade, Cynthia, and another one (I forgot her name, but she has tattoos and long acrylic nails) aren’t any better.

Double check your orders and don’t bother coming near closing time.
I’ve had food missing, incorrect drinks, incorrect items. And don’t believe them if they say “sauce is in the bag”
Also tried going there 15min before closing and they told me they already started cleaning up and are now closed.
For it being one of the newest McDonald’s in this valley. It’s honestly one of the worst.

I don’t review often. This location has been very good with the accuracy of our complex orders of kids meals, and the employees help me order with the screens that are located inside.
I like this location as it is new and closer to my home, but they don’t have a playland like the location in Stevenson Ranch does.
They have a big parking lot. Maybe they could add a playland?

The worst Macdonald’s location ever !!!! Although the location is nice and it is a new construction but the people who is working are drunk !!! Literally !!! 4 times they miss something from the orders !!!! Not one time or 2 or 3 !! But 4 different times …
All of them teenage girls , they just got forced to work or I don’t know !!
Any way today was my fourth time that they give me wrong order. Coffee missing creamer and sugar , Big Mac is missing !
I had to return back … but that’s it no more that branch !!

45 minutes spent in the drive thru line. Slowest service ever! There is currently a $5 breakfast combo advertised, they did not want to do it for that price. Never coming back here again.

I’ve been there twice for my lunch time and both times the fries taste old and refried.
No flavor at all and extra crispy.
