I ordered a chicken nuggets kids happy meal and when we got home and took it out, there was 3 pattys in the nuggets box. I couldn’t go back as I was already long gone. Seriously McDonald’s, check your orders before handling them over to customers. This was so disappointing.

Customer service is very bad. Keep your eyes open. They make a lot of mistakes. They expect you to come back and bring back the food when you just slept from there in your home already comfortable. They don’t realize how you did in the favor to buy food from there and take it home

I placed a mobile order through the app, and for the first time I didn’t double-check the bag before leaving. Unfortunately, the sauce I ordered wasn’t included. I work only a few minutes away, but since I was on my short break, I didn’t have time to drive back and get it. A little disappointing, since I used the app specifically for convenience.

I ordered a filet of fish combo with a coffee. I asked for cream and sugar in my coffee. As you can see from the pictures, the sandwich was haphazardly constructed. And the coffee was black. No sweetener and no cream as I’d requested. They just didn’t give a damn about customer service. If I were able to give ZERO stars, that’s what I would do.

I was feeling upbeat and decided to get coffee at this branch which I haven’t been to in a while. I liked the new interior, it’s fresh and clean. I ordered just coffee and It’s been more than 20 minutes now and I haven’t gotten it yet so I followed up and guess what? They just started to make it… talk about a McDonalds without a ready coffee?
It’s more than 25 minutes now and still no coffee so I followed up again and decided to get a refund. It’s chump change but it’s not about the money… so I explained to the manager that I’m not mad at anyone, don’t take it personally but this is perhaps the worst service I got from McDonalds. She offered the coffee for free but I had to turn it down. I posted pictures just to back up my claim.
Now I get it why there are less stars on the review on this store. It’s supposed to be a happy place, but not today.

Clean McDonald’s in Duarte.
They have the whole updated look with kiosks and such, but that’s about where the positives end. I was the only one in the store and only one car in the drive thru, but my one coffee order still took over 10 minutes. The workers were milling around and when I walked over to the counter, the manager-looking guy asked another worker “where’s the drink?” “anyone make that?”. Blank looks all around. C’mon Man!
