This McDonald’s is one of the best. I Drove from Pasadena (even though we have a restaurant across the street) Alicia (spelling?) is one of the kindest person. She went above and beyond with her customers service. I applaud the Management for having great staff. I left so happy

Update: she’s still here continuing to provide bad service and bad iced coffee. Milk fully separated from the coffee. Not one ounce of effort made to mix any drinks from drive thru customers who are driving to work and can’t be trying to finish mixing a drink properly. I know it’s cheaper that Starbucks but this is getting ridiculous!
This is by far the most consistent bad drive-through service every morning. The Asian manager that runs the drive-through is extremely rude. Does not stop to listen and is always in a hurry because she’s a bad manager getting orders wrong. The iced coffees she serves have a separation of syrup at the bottom 2 inches of solid milk and ice and coffee on top. She doesn’t bother mixing it. Terrible terrible service overall extremely disappointed with whoever owns this place and allows this lady to ruin their business every single morning.

Anyone else notice all the disgusting flys in this place!
These pictures were taken on one day and I thought, ok, a couple of flys… they’ll take care of them. I came back today, about a week later and saw them buzzing all around the cash register again and I happened to look up at the ceiling and saw what had to have been at least 30 flys just hanging out on the ceiling. I won’t be returning to this place for anything.

The employees are very nice, however there is ALWAYS something wrong with my order. It gets taken correctly, but you either end up missing something or getting something wrong. It’s the closest McDonalds to me so I keep going there, but I wish there was a different one. Always check your order. And unfortunately even if you check it when you unwrap that burger you may be in for a surprise still with the wrong item lol even though the wrapper says something else.

Service was cool. The bathroom was a health Hazzard, seriously. The young lady had someone to clean it up however she did a mediocre job. These employee use the same restroom and prepare people’s food. I let her know that I took photos and would be doing a review.

This McD is the worst, should be 0 stars. Let me start why this is the worst McD. Ordered my food through drive thru. The guy took my order repeated my order. Went to pay at first window. I moved up to the second window and looked at my receipt, it was missing my frozen coke. It was not on my order and I wasn’t charged for it. I told the female Asian employee that I wasn’t charged for the frozen coke and I would like to order one and pay for it. A few seconds pass, a female Black employee looks to be the manager comes to the window spoke with me with an attitude, “don’t blame him, he is trying his best.” Lady go check yourself because I never blamed him and don’t come at me with an attitude. The Asian female employee’s face was in shock with the way the manager was talking to me. After the comment the manager walks away. When the employee handed me my frozen coke, I handed her my credit card. Your management skills are poor, now let me tell you why. When I got home my kid’s happy meal was missing extra fries and a toy. Stop with your attitude and focus on getting the orders right. Don’t get angry at your customer, be angry at yourself because you are unable and not competent as a manager/employee.

I came here at the beginning of August, 2022. I came here, because I had a job interview, several blocks, from this establishment. The meals were standard McDonald’s meals. The prices too were standard. Nevertheless, some of the tables were not clean, and I could not sit at any of those tables. Furthermore, there were flies flying all around. At the same time, it took a long time for the employee to bring food to my table. So, for these reasons, I am giving this establishment this, three-star, rating.
