We went there to wait for a Dr. appointment and had sime time to kill. The food and service are good. It is a very busy McDonald’s. This location must be within walking distance from a hih schoo/middle school so beware – if you come during after school hours you will be surrounded by teenagers – some rowdy and very disrespectful. Keep that in mind if you just wanna have a quiet quick meal. Fortunately we only sat through it for about 30 mins but that was enough for us. I give the employees credit for putting up with it in such a professional manner.

This is the best McDonald’s I have been to in a long time. I decided to order me a double cheeseburger combo with a chocolate shake with pink whipped cream. Everything was amazing and I’m a little picky when I place my order so there’s always something custom and they got it down to a T. This was at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 3rd. The person that took my order was extremely friendly and the person that gave me the order clearly knows what customer service is. I have no idea how this McDonald’s only has four stars. Thank you.

Honestly love this McDonald’s. I’ve grown up in Long Beach and with that I have a familiarity with the Local McDonald’s. That being said, this specific location is leaps ahead the others. When I have spare time I order an iced coffee and study in the dining room. Other times I stop by for a small bite and enjoy the nearby Target. In short, foods great, service great, don’t like that I have to ask for the bathroom tooooo much, but self serving soda makes up for it!!

I waited in line behind someone for a drink refill, and when it was my turn, the worker turned around and left when she obviously saw me.. I waited another five minutes before yelling for someone to come help me… I understand they want you to use the kiosks, but there’s just some people that just want a human taking their orders..

Customer service was bad
They wouldn’t let me replace my muffin with a biscut……I’ve never had an issue doing that in this location or any other location till today…. I literally worked at McDonald’s and there shouldn’t be an issue.

Matterof Fact
I ordered a Big Mac meal with extra cheese I got my food and looked at my burger and told them that it had NO cheese AT ALL… they got mad and had an attitude because they didn’t take the oder right and gave me six slices of cheese and dug their finger inside my bread now what’s inside of the bread now I don’t know but I didn’t eat it got a refund would like the owner to know that they are over there wasting cheese and not giving good customer service and possibly putting body fluid in the food! I hope the owner of this franchise questions the manger about who is working there!!! Disgusting!!!

In the area and swung by with my husband for a quick morning breakfast. Busy location but service was very quick and food was nice and hot. Really leaving this review solely out of the phenomenal customer service by Mona. She was serving everyone sitting down, asking if further items were needed, all while sanitizing and cleaning the restaurant. She also walked to every table and recommended taking a survey for a free pastry. She was so sweet and kind Thank you!
