30 min to get a mobile order out. 2 breakfast sandwiches and 1 coffee ( and condiments ).
Completely understaffed, ordered to pick up in store due to the HEAVY amount of car traffic in the lot. Stood in the lobby for 18 min. Ordering there will get yout food faster as I saw walk ups still having to wait 7 min before being attended, still got their orders before I.

Don’t buy food from this location!!!!!! I was in the bathroom and I saw one McDonald’s employee not washing her hands and she went to work that Nasty. And I went to tell the manager and she was rude I told her what happened she didn’t care I’m not buying Anything from this location is on bellflower Blvd and South St there not clean with there persona the manager did care the safety responsibilities of washing there hands and all the germs in there hands be carefully with this location please

I ordered through my mobile app and they are probably rushing the food orders as they come in depending on how busy the restaurant is. And that they are not attentive to detail. I requested no salt on the French fries and of course, there was salt in it. I requested salsa for my chicken strips and of course they forgot the salsa. So sometimes, little things like these mean a lot to customers so they need to be mindful of what was specifically requested by the customer so that they will keep coming back and appreciate how good they are to details even just the very small details.

Sad they can’t even make the food correctly.
Last time I checked a Big Mac comes with lettuce smh. How dumb you have to be to not be able to make the #1 selling item. Won’t be coming back here. I recommend checking your order before leaving. This location needs to do better training.

I don’t get why workers don’t offer ketchup. At times, they forget to put ranch for my mcnuggets. Today, I was told that there are no more ketchup. However, there are some ketchup on my burger. Unless, there are no more ketchup packets?? Is there a ketchup shortage that workers don’t offer it or not have any in stock? Not sure if it’s a management issue, laziness, or an actual ketchup shortage.

My family and I recently visited this McDonald’s and placed our order through the app. When we arrived, I politely asked the manager if someone could clean the table, as it was dirty. After receiving our food, the manager unexpectedly and rather bluntly stated that our toddler had thrown up food on the floor. However, we had just gotten our food and hadn’t even started eating yet.

It felt unfair and uncomfortable to hear such a direct accusation, especially when there were already pieces of bread or food on the floor when we arrived. Instead of approaching the situation with kindness, common sense, or understanding that the mess may have been from a previous customer, the manager immediately pointed the finger at us — particularly our toddler.

This experience left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected. As paying customers, we believe we should be treated with basic courtesy and care. I sincerely hope this manager reflects on how they speak to families and treats all guests with more kindness and professionalism moving forward.
