Update July 2025: Today, I made quick visits to several fast food joints in the area to validate consistency. Sadly, this McD failed miserably on accuracy. I deliberately put specific condiments and they omitted all of them! I think this was deliberate to save on cost since the instruction on the order slip is very clear. In comparison, I made a similar order at Sonic inside the same shopping plaza and Sonic nailed it 100%. Also quality-wise, my McD chicken tasted like it was cooked a while ago and heated and reheated several times. Meat was rubbery and the outer batter coating was dark and hard to chew, suggesting it was reheated more than once. I don’t know if they have a new Manager or new Crew but this visit was a disappointment. I’ll have to do a follow up visit in the future to see if their deterioration in quality and accuracy is consistent.
Update: I visit here few times a month. Food is consistently hot and made on order. Efficient and “friendly” service. Great team running the operations here. Highly recommend.
Update: Their Manager resolved the issue so re-rating them to reflect their professionalism. It’s not an easy job to respond to bad reviews because half of them are false ratings by angry people.
Today, I ordered a large fries. As can be seen in pic, they gave me small portion of fries in a large container. How is this “Large”?! This is DISHONEST!

3)Great customer service – Friendly and always communicate with customers even in busy times. Actually “smiling” crew who greets customers

I’m local to this location and come at least once a month. In my most recent visits, this location has been lacking fresh food and lacking to provide condiments. Despite my specific request, when requesting fresh made fries, my fries still taste old, sometimes they’re not even warm. Requesting sauces? Despite my several requests, I still have a hard time getting the correct sauces I ask for. It almost seems like asking for sauces is like asking the employees for money, they seem so hesitant to provide any sauces. The quality of this location has gone down quite significantly.

The only reason i come here its because of the nice guy . Hes always with a good attitude. Greeting everyone who comes . It should’ve be this hard to follow simple instructions. Multiple times I’ve been to this location and I’m very specific as to wanting each and every one of my combos seperated. They have NEVER gotten it correct and I’m sick of it. How hard is it to bag my combos separately? Mexican lady at the drive thru had the audacity to give me a nasty attitude when I asked her for the extra bags after she didn’t follow instructions. Now I have to park. Open up my trunk, lay the food out and separate it between bags so I can properly hand the combos out to the homeless.

Came to get a salad at 7a to be told they don’t have salad because they were new and didn’t know how to ring me up for one instead just said they don’t have any. Absolutely lazy! I sent my boyfriend in and miraculously they have salads now five minutes after I walked out. Not coming back to this place
