I visited this McDonald’s for the first time and was very pleased. The place looks modern and stylish, as if it just recently opened. Everything is clean and tidy, and the staff is polite. As always, the coffee was delicious and aromatic. Plenty of parking spaces made it convenient. I was especially happy to see a playroom for kids — a great option for families. Nice atmosphere — I’ll definitely come back again.

THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE CONDIMENTS YOU ASK FOR!! 6 ranch cups were supposed to come with my delivery order and i only received 3. whether that location charges extra or not, they still won’t give you what you ask for.

Stopped by for a quick breakfast bite. Arrived at 10:35 am. I was told that unfortunately breakfast hours were over at 10:30 a. The person was nice enough to offer to check if they could still serve me. I was able to get the 2 Sausage and Egg McMuffin combo. I appreciated the effort. They didn’t have to and I felt pretty good getting the treatment since I was there for breakfast and would’ve been disappointed. So good looking out McDonald’s and your staff. It’s the small things that make a big difference.

Terrible experience. Placed a mobile order, came to pick it up. Was told go to spot 2, waited 25-30 minutes. Nothing. Went inside, looked like a shift change and my order was missing. Manager looked at my receipt and just walked away to deal with other guests and drive thru. Never even got my food as they focused on other orders they kept messing up.

I go to McDonald’s off of Norwalk and imperial at least 3 to 4 times a week if not more for after school snack or dinner for my son EVERYTIME your worker Ernesto is at the window I know my order is going to be on point!!! He knows the order before I even have to say it!! Never forgets the bbq!! I appreciate his attentiveness & positive vibes

Food tasted old.
Felt like the fries had just been sitting there for a while, not that much salt on them either. Double cheeseburgers were flat and stale as well. Ordered a 10pc chicken nuggets meal, the nuggets seemed like they were recooked. Again food just felt old.
Drinks were okay, had coffee and coke.
We didn’t wait too long in line, so we were in and out pretty fast. Rather would have waiting longer just to get some decent food.
