Really disappointed with this order. The box was wet, and the burger was soggy and inedible — it went straight to the trash. I usually enjoy this meal, but this time the quality and presentation were unacceptable. Hopefully, this location improves its food handling and consistency.

This Mc Donalds use to be pleasant to go to, but in the last 5 months their customer service has declined, they seem stressed, coffee maker is rude and gets upset if you order coffee.. I hope they get new management soon..

Ordered 2 Deluxe breakfast combos this morning and I couldn’t even get one syrup in the bag when returning home the workers felt in a rush and this made my breakfast combo very unenjoyable never going back again to this location this is RIDICULOUS & un called for!!!!!

Restrooms are disgusting. Service is horrible. They prioritize drive thru. They tell you to use the kios to place and order but get upset when you tell them youre paying cash anyways and want a cashier to take your order. They only have one cashier and they are always busy running food but some how it takes 20mins to get your food. You actually have to stand there and keep asking for your food. I keep coming here because my kids love the play palace, so I have to deal with the service.

Employees ignored everyone at the counter waiting till someone yelled out. Maybe drive-thru might’ve been better but over all wouldn’t recommend this spot. Also seen an employee drop a food bag on the ground and place it back on the food counter and grab the food with the same hands he put on the floor and put it back into a different food bag.

Stopped by for an iced coffee and was pleasantly surprised with the store front garden. Walked in and was greeted with a warm hello by the cashier “Iceland’ store was clean and restrooms had a Fresh clean smell. Congratulations to all the staff for a job well done.Will definitely stop by next time I’m in the neighborhood.

Drive thru order taker was rude. Quality of food is disgusting…Ordered Buttermilk Crispy Chicken and the chicken was burned!!!! and the tomato is like the left over of a tomato. Disgusting! Did not dare to bite into this sandwich!My appetite went down the drain… do not recommend! Waste of money!

Ordered a happy meal with a burger and requested cheese (additional 0.49¢). Get home and there was no cheese in the burger.. instead two burger patties and one looked like there was a bite. We immediately disposed of it. I had to make my son something else to eat which defeats the purpose of take out.
We keep trying to give this location chance after chance.. we recently began checking the bags in the drive thru window because we’ve gotten home and the entree item is missing but I refuse to now open the food item to inspect it before driving off.
The gentleman in the window was also very unprofessional asking “wassup?” like he was bothered when I asked if the buffalo sauce I requested was included in the box.
I’ll make the drive to the next one ✌

Even though this is the closest McDonald’s to my house, I’ve had to boycott it because every single time I order through the drive-through at this McDonald’s my order is always 100% guarantee to be wrong or missing items, I don’t know what the odds of that are, but maybe I should play the lottery….horrible service
