am very angry! I also worked at McDonald’s years ago.
Now, because of my job, I have to stop by different locations at least once or twice every day to have coffee and dessert.
Is it really so hard to make sure that when you give a customer hot coffee, the lid is properly secured?
My entire shirt and pants got covered — you can see it in the photos.
My stomach is burning as well because of your carelessness!
I didn’t check the lid, I got into my car, and while drinking it spilled on me.
You can also see it on your cameras!
I do not want to come to this location anymore!

I love McDonald’s, but this location is the worst run if ever seen. I can’t believe it can be so consistently disappointing. I made the mistake of not driving out of my way to go to the other McDonald’s and order was messed up, took forever, food was cold, unsalted, mid customer service. Even the coke wasn’t quite McDonald’s standard. Do yourself a favor and go to a different McDonald’s, this one is run with peak levels of incompetence.

Let me start with the good thing that is the customer service, friendly, and polite. To get your order, you have to wait a while. My food was not fresh, cold fries, and cold nuggets. The restrooms were dirty as well.

Redeemed my bday freebie using the phone app to pick up in the restaurant. It was easy to order, but I had to wait for a long time in the restaurant to get my order. The phone app said not to place it until I was there, so that’s what I did. But I only got an Apple fritter, so I guess it didn’t matter if it was fresh and hot like a burger. Next time maybe I’ll order ahead a bit. The Apple fritter tasted really fresh and delicious. So I guess it was worth the wait. 🙂

I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years. And I’ve never really had a bad experience. The food is good. The service is pretty quick. However, there are times when they run on the slower end and it is usually when they are under staffed. The only downside about this location is sometimes you will see homeless people come in other than that if you don’t mind it, this is an average McDonald’s that I frequent regularly.

Took over 25 minutes for my two burgers and two fries. So unorganized and I never received my medium fries I got with my purchase. I then asked for two bbq and mustards. The lady goes “how many ketchup” me: “honey mustard and bbq”

Drivethrkugh was *packed* on a saturday morning, but inside was nice and empty. Took 20 minutes to get ~3 saus egg mcmuffins and a hashbrown
Dont mind it too much however, was clean and quiet while i waited for my meal, and was good quality as expected from mcd’s.
