It is almost comical, they place a sticker that says “double checked for accuracy” but somehow didn’t check to make sure there was meat on my mcchicken. SMH
I hadn’t been to this location is at least a year, and was leaving Von’s and thought I’d give it a try, but this just reassured me that if I want McDonald’s to go to La Tijera’s location. Just wild to be honest. Avoid this location

With all the hoopla about the crispy strips, I had to give it a try… I was less than pleased.
Krispy was an extreme exaggeration… I hate to say it but there was no crisp at all, and it could be quite correctly renamed soggy strips.
There wasn’t much flavor to the chicken either, although I could see the marks on the supposedly crispy exterior where the seasoning should have come through but it didn’t.
There you go I took one for the team I won’t do that again at McDonald’s.

If you wanna feel like doing a swamp come to this McDonald’s. Otherwise stay away. There were mosquitoes literally inside of the building…. while waiting for food I got bit twice.
Don’t even get me started on how horrible the inside smells of human feces from the bathroom. Clearly the staff had not cleaned it even once that day and I came in at noon for lunch.
Location is also severely understaffed, so prepare to wait.

Like this Mc Donald’s. Crew is young, energetic and takes care of biz with accurate fast service. Good vibe from early morning crew til late evening crew. FYI does not accept ebt. And drive thru is now open until 2am. Dining area closes promptly at 10pm. Kept nice and clean so don’t disrespect their hard work in keeping it that way. Show respect, clean up after yourselves, cuz I highly doubt your mama works here.

Came in and there were 4 customers eating but ALL the tables were dirty. I let the staff know and took my food to eat in the car. I finished my meal and they had still not cleaned any of the tables. The cleanliness of this place is suspect. I won’t be eating here again.

I placed a mobile order for breakfast before the cutoff time and drove 15 minutes to this location to pick it up. They apparently didn’t check their orders before stopping. After sitting in the drive-thru for another 10 minutes, I was finally told they had canceled my order..with no alert, no notification, and no update in the app or on my bank statement. Not only did I waste my time and gas, but I never even got my food. If you’re going to cancel someone’s order, the bare minimum is to notify them. This place clearly doesn’t value customers’ time or money. I won’t be coming back.

I usually don’t leave negative replies but it is the third occasion they got my order wrong, then they want to replace it with a lesser value item. Please keep the employee name Ario away from the cashier. I’m pretty sure there’s other things she can do other than taking incorrect orders. Hope to see this corrected. Otherwise, I’ll look for a different place for lunch.
