Before departing for Korea, we had a great time walking on the sandy beach of Manhattan Beach, our last destination, with our group, and headed to LA International Airport with a light meal at McDonald’s near Manhattan Beach.
As soon as I arrived at the rental car company and put down all my luggage to return the rental car, I was very embarrassed that one of my party had left his phone in the McDonald’s bathroom.
We took an Uber taxi to the Manhattan Beach store and told the staff that we had lost our phone.
The employee said in a calm voice, “Tell me the brand and color of the cell phone,” and handed over the cell phone he had kept.
I would also like to express my deepest gratitude to the people who picked up and stored their phones in the bathroom of the Manhattan Beach store and to the staff at McDonald’s Manhattan Beach. Thank you all.

I only post a review for fast food places when the food, service, and cleanliness exceed expectations and this McDonalds was one of the best locations that I’ve been in .. this place also has touchscreens at some of the tables with games to entertain younger patrons to grab their attention so the adults can enjoy their meals which is an excellent idea

Ordered through the app and the food arrived almost instantly lol Shout-out to the gentlemen Jonathan who handled my curbside order. He has amazing customer service skills and is very friendly. I usually never write reviews for McDonald’s but I believe this location has an excellent standard and it shows in their employees. Keep it up and give that man a pay raise

Service was fast and friendly. I had order an apple pie for dessert but when I got there I was told they were out. The server replaced with strawberry pie and put in an extra pie to make up for no apple pie.

The credit card machine screen was not working in front and the skinny Hispanic lady manager (didn’t catch her name) went above and beyond to help me get my two coffees! The outside to go guy was ready, they seem to be doing it right here ..
