Going to this McDonald’s is a wonderful experience. The people who work here are efficient, kind, helpful, and very friendly, even remembering regular customers and their order preferences. Aww, especially Herlinda, Wendy, and Karina—they are truly amazing women and a real asset to this location. It’s a clean and very pleasant place where friends, families, and seniors gather. And the caramel latte is my favorite! Thank you to the owner of this branch.

Worst customer service ever. The dining area is extremely dirty and it’s been several times this dirty. There’s also a tall skinny dude, who is extremely rude, just a straight clown.

The remodeled interior is a nice touch but they had all the TV’s turned off during my visit -they’ll get all 5 stars once they get those working. Very friendly staff that’s both helpful with ordering on the kiosk as well as with bringing our food to the table. Yes, you read correctly -McDonald’s now has table service. Well at least this one does. Dining room was clean and well kept. Parking lot here gets tight during peek hours.

No fountain drink bar so you have to waive your arms at the counter to get someone’s attention for refills. I stopped coming here because of this. The one on 182nd has a fountain bar so I go there instead. It’s a little small inside they usually have the AC cranked up higher than most so it can be chilly for those sensitive. Parking is ok but a little tight as there are a lot of busy businesses at this location.

I wanted to eat something and I didn’t know the area I went in to McDonald’s I bought a breakfast deluxe and honestly it wasn’t bad at all. The staff are friendly and for me that very important. Definitely I recommend it.

I appreciate the speed and my order was accurate (drive thru) but I wish they do this in all customers. I do not need straw i have reusable, I understand it’s automatic for them give straw but not 4 in a drink please Save earth

Went in on Saturday night a good half hour before them locking the doors. My sister and nieces were already there waiting for us they had started eating before us.
My sister and I made two orders online we were still inside keep in mind the reception wasn’t very well so by the time we ordered on the app it was transitioning to pick up in the front to only Drive thru.
However when we went up to the counter and showed our numbers the Manager ( Mayra) cut my sister off before she can even say what happened and “Yeah because It’s closed only through drive thru “ very rudely and rolling her eyes.
So she walked and then another worker came up and asked what we needed she was much nicer , we explained to her what had happened. The manager with attitude continued with what’s there order number.
One of the male workers started prepping the Happy Meal boxes and the Store Manager rudely walks in front of him and pushes the happy meal boxes with the receipt throwing the boxes out of place.. At this point I felt bad for the worker because he just placed his hands up like oh man my bad, the manager was just so unprofessional.
When she first had came up to us she had a name tag , and when I asked the second female worker if that was the manager she said yes and I asked for her name she then walked away and told her they want to speak with you she walks up all aggressively keep in mind at this point even with her behavior we still didn’t give her attitude or never raised our voices. My other sister had placed an order also which we were trying to let her no she denied to give it to her , we didn’t even mind if we had to wait a bit longer , but she rudely again said “ oh no that’s it”. With her attitude and customer service I was just so unhappy that I just told her okay no worries thank you , May I get your name “ she said “ Mayra I looked at her shirt she had no name tag at this point now I asked you don’t have a name tag ?
She’s like “ it’s Mayra” okay … We left and just got in the car in and had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru .
The worst customer service and from a MANAGER it was disappointing. You’d expect that she’d be a good example to her team.

This McDonald’s and their food is great except the drive thru employees get your order wrong or leave out something about 40-50% of the time. Everyone lacks hospitality or any emotions at all.

Not sure how these employees make $20/hr but can’t get simple orders correct. The only lady who’s consistent and great is the older Asian lady at the drive thru window as I never get my order wrong or missing w her and she says hello and smiles.

Ex: I ordered a happy meal for my toddler and both the milk and the toy were missing. How do you royally mess up the most important part of the happy meal- a toy?! And then we ordered a mcdonaldland meal and they forgot the souvenir.

Employees here need to be better trained to check for correct and complete orders before handing bags, and people need to learn to talk and smile- even a basic hello or hi.

This particular McDonald’s drive thru ALWAYS messes up our order. Once they even forgot to put the patty on my cheeseburger so all I got was a bun, cheese, and ketchup! And no, I didn’t find out until I bit it! Do yourself a favor and drive to a different McDonald’s. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!
