My sister and I made two orders online we were still inside keep in mind the reception wasn’t very well so by the time we ordered on the app it was transitioning to pick up in the front to only Drive thru.
However when we went up to the counter and showed our numbers the Manager ( Mayra) cut my sister off before she can even say what happened and “Yeah because It’s closed only through drive thru “ very rudely and rolling her eyes.
So she walked and then another worker came up and asked what we needed she was much nicer , we explained to her what had happened. The manager with attitude continued with what’s there order number.
One of the male workers started prepping the Happy Meal boxes and the Store Manager rudely walks in front of him and pushes the happy meal boxes with the receipt throwing the boxes out of place.. At this point I felt bad for the worker because he just placed his hands up like oh man my bad, the manager was just so unprofessional.
When she first had came up to us she had a name tag , and when I asked the second female worker if that was the manager she said yes and I asked for her name she then walked away and told her they want to speak with you she walks up all aggressively keep in mind at this point even with her behavior we still didn’t give her attitude or never raised our voices. My other sister had placed an order also which we were trying to let her no she denied to give it to her , we didn’t even mind if we had to wait a bit longer , but she rudely again said “ oh no that’s it”. With her attitude and customer service I was just so unhappy that I just told her okay no worries thank you , May I get your name “ she said “ Mayra I looked at her shirt she had no name tag at this point now I asked you don’t have a name tag ?
She’s like “ it’s Mayra” okay … We left and just got in the car in and had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru .
The worst customer service and from a MANAGER it was disappointing. You’d expect that she’d be a good example to her team.
Not sure how these employees make $20/hr but can’t get simple orders correct. The only lady who’s consistent and great is the older Asian lady at the drive thru window as I never get my order wrong or missing w her and she says hello and smiles.
Ex: I ordered a happy meal for my toddler and both the milk and the toy were missing. How do you royally mess up the most important part of the happy meal- a toy?! And then we ordered a mcdonaldland meal and they forgot the souvenir.
Employees here need to be better trained to check for correct and complete orders before handing bags, and people need to learn to talk and smile- even a basic hello or hi.
