Its not a 24 hr services if you reject customer due to system update. The schedule needs tobread 4am till 2am and not 24 hr. Makes us wwaist out time coming to order food and being greated with “Sorry only uber eats or door dash our system is being updated can’t take orders “

Worse McDonald’s I’ve been too. Manager was rude, kicking us out. My mom asked for napkins and manager responds saying “we’re close, they didn’t tell you guys” so rude. And the table we ate was so dirty and seen around and they don’t even clean them. Disgusting, when given the order they didn’t give me any napkins, straw, nor ketchup. Poor customer service! Stay away from this place, never again!

Juan B manager at store is very rude. Bought two Happy Meals and was given old Happy Meal Toys. Called and spoke to employee Stephanie who said she was a manager and was informed that they had BTS toy number 9 and 10. Waisted my time driving down to resolve with a manager Juan B and he said no. Please have a district manager contact me asap.

I had an issue with the drive thru once so I started just using the app to do curbside. It’s probably the 3rd time I go to put my parking space in and I’m told either my order was already picked up or I didn’t put in the spot number fast enough and I need to go inside or to the drive thru. What’s the point of having the option if it forces you to go inside? It’s only this McDonald’s that it happens with. I only ordered at this one today because I was using old points that were about to expire and I live close but I’ll just drive down the street.

This location is hit or miss. Even if you order breakfast ahead of time you may have a 5 to 45 minute wait depending on the crew. Living near this location means I order here frequently. But if I have to go out of my way to order from another franchise I might take the extra drive. Recently I’ve seen a better time frame but earlier visits not so much.

Had the worst experience ever i really dislike coming to this specific store, but it’s the closest anywho Magdalena is probably the worst manager I’ve ever came across with, idk how this person is even a manager her hair is all over the place, she’s very rude, I was in the drive thru for Over 30 minutes, upon arriving to the second window I asked why the wait is soooo long, she replied with an eye roll, & says we’re understaffed what do you expect! Then I asked her if I could please speak to the manager she says I AM THE MANAGER my face went blank trying to figure out how in the hell can that be, she has no communication skills, no customer service skills, definitely No managing skills because her and the other 4 employees were laughing away with music full blast! Looks like they we’re having some kind of party when we got home My 4 year old didn’t even touch his food of how horrible it tasted & looked the burger patty was burnt, salty, old just gross and the nuggets were old and stale!! General managers please do better I know it’s hard to find good employees because none really care if we the customers wait 30-35 min in a drive thru or if the store even sells, its sad this store has no good night employees, if it’s after 7 don’t waste ur time you will definitely be disappointed, and upset! And there is nothing is customers can do because the shift manager doesn’t care.worst part is no one ever replies to these reviews, why u ask?? Because no one cares and it shows !

I recently had a disappointing experience at the McDonald’s on Lakewood Blvd and Rosecrans. I opted for curbside pick-up, hoping for a quick and convenient meal. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the opposite.
First, I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my order, which is much longer than expected for a fast-food restaurant. To make matters worse, when I finally received my food, I found a hair in my fries. This is completely unacceptable and highly unappetizing.
Overall, this visit was far from satisfactory. The long wait time and lack of proper food handling left me quite disappointed. I hope the management takes necessary actions to improve their service and hygiene standards.
