Who ever the manager or supervisor was on duty at 4:11pm on Oct 11 is rude. I sat in the drive through for a out 10mins and 1 or 2 cars moved, I finally got out the car and ordered seeing 1 to 2 customers inside and the staff barley working. I purchased my fresh and told the worker how long I’ve been sitting in the drive through and I did not want to wait another 5mins or so for my frys. Instead of him saying sorry about the wait your frys Wil be out shortly, the so called man chose to say “I doubt it’s be 10mins the line had bee moving pretty consistent”. That’s not how you should respond to a customer. Also note that 3 other people that were behind me in line got out and went inside instead.

Mcdonald’s is getting stingy with its Vanilla Ice Cream Cone serving. Prices go up and portions definitely become skeletal. Apparently it’s company policy on the Cone serving now.

So we came here for the #travisscottmeal and it was the worst experience ever. Poor guy working drive thru did his best but the management was rude they gave us the food cold and made us wait in stall #1 so long I walked in 30 minutes later and the guy told me they cleared the order. Small McDonald’s. No playpen. Two tables have touch screens for the little kids to play for free. A rated restaurant. Friendly employees clean inside out. Bathrooms require a code key to use them.

So I had never noticed this McDonalds – I noticed it and I went in to buy a McDouble. But first I was standing for a while before anyone helped me.
I ordered eventually. I ordered a McDouble and it was the first time I have ever received a burger with only the bottom part of the bun on top aaaand bottom (picture attached). It was odd, but I figured they ran out of the pack of bread and just gave me two bottom pieces.
It’s not a deal breaker, but when I went back to the register to order a dessert I was waiting for a while again before I was acknowledged. It was a bit frustrating. And several employees passed by. So it’s not like I wasn’t being seen. I also take up a fair amount of real estate so I am hard to miss. Whatever the operation is that had me waiting so long twice maybe there needs to be adjustments.
All in all the location is nice, new and clean inside. But something is not right inside. I probably won’t be going back to find out.

The quality of McDonalds food is junk. Went there this morning. Paid 30 dollars for two sausage mcmuffins, a breakfast bagel, sausage mc grilled, coffee, and an “orange juice.” The orange juice was the worse, watered down and tasteless. If I had not been in a rush I would have taken it back. The sandwiches are half of the size they used to be. It just reminded me of why I don’t go there anymore. Junk junk junk. Not worth the money.

No one else behind me and asked to move forward for 1 breakfast and 1 coffee. Because they needed to brew fresh coffee☕️. Fast food is no longer fast or convenient.
