A couple months ago I saw a sign in the window that said, “Have your birthday party here!” And I thought – yeah! Classic. Can confirm it was a great idea for my three year old and his friends (age ranges 3-9) they LOVED it. McDonald’s management will reserve and decorate the tables with your kid’s preferences, each kid gets a happy meal and they also provide cupcakes or a cake. Obviously the kids loved the playplace. I thought the price was very fair, especially compared to what you pay for kids parties these days. The staff and manager were super helpful and made sure to check on us throughout the party. I recommend going in to plan/reserve the party and talk details – that’s how I did it and then they confirmed with me a few days before via phone. Great memories. Thanks again to the amazing staff!

I come here as a delivery driver and customer. The bathroom is usually clean.

I ordered a small regular coffee and 3 chocolate chip cookies thru the mobile app. I get the creamer and sugar on the side to save time.

My coffee was stale which I noticed as soon as it was getting handed off thru the window. Coffee takes 3-4 minutes to brew fresh. I told the drive thru attendant that I’d wait for a fresh cup because I’m sure this is not.

I parked in space one and noticed the cookies were cold little brick pellets. I decided to take them inside rather than wait for the coffee only to send her back to get new cookies as well.

I get inside and rather than ask Daniel for help I wanted to get Alex’s attention. The sweater to me meant management so I didn’t want to worry anyone else with my issue.

Alex stood and looked at me plain in the face and ignored me. Eventually after Daniel asked me how he could help I asked him to please get the manager for me and asked if he was one while nodding towards Alex.

Alex comes over begrudgingly and I explain why I’m inside. He takes the cookies, squeezes the bag then agrees they aren’t good.

He walks away without a word of encouragement, no update on the coffee or anything.

Lisseth then takes over to assist me. Meanwhile, the attendant from the drive thru doesn’t even know I’m inside because Alex never told her. She brought what seemed to be a microwaved cup of the same exact old coffee to the car

Message is loud and clear. I’ll stick to coffee in the morning only or late night when I’m doing your food deliveries because at 4PM cookies, coffee or customer service were not at all the highlight.

Thank you Daniel – he was great, greeted everyone with care, moved swiftly helping the team. Lisseth was attentive and noticed that I was just there and left to my own devices, she was patient enough to listen, apologize for the inconsistency of service and move me right along. Lastly, I hope Alex has a better rest of the day and can turn that frown upside down.

Oh, the 5 creams and 10 packets of sugar plus 1 stirrer that I ordered came in the bag as 10 creamers, 5 sugars and no stirrer luckily I had a spoon in the car

This McDonald’s location is a solid choice when you need quick, reliable service, which is exactly what you expect from the brand. I primarily use the drive-thru, and I appreciate how fast and efficient the staff is, even during peak hours. My order has been correct and complete on every visit, which is crucial for a smooth experience. The parking lot and surrounding area are generally kept clean, which is a big plus. The food is standard McDonald’s quality, always hot and fresh. Pro-Tip: Using the mobile app here makes the whole process even quicker. Highly recommend this spot for a reliable and efficient fast-food stop.

I ordered an iced latte without sugar, but it came with sugar. Every time I come, my order is either wrong or incomplete. The female employee who served me and my wife, unless I noticed correctly, her name started with ALE, and I didn’t get her full name. When I went to complain that my coffee was given incorrectly, I waited 15 minutes and although I ordered a double espresso, there was no shot of espresso in it. I tasted pure milk. Later, when I realized it, the coffee was already ready and sitting there, she deliberately kept me waiting, and I finally got my coffee, thank goodness. Then, as I got in the car and left, I wanted to take a sip of my coffee, and I saw that I had been given the same coffee, again, with sugar. Oh my god, this female employee is truly irresponsible, and this service was completely intentional.

Today, I came here I always have like coming here for the playground. Today i got dissapointed with the amount of ice in my drink when i asked the manager she said that for that drink its supposed to be like that .. i paid 4 dollars plus tax for a lemonade tea drink .. it was more filled with ice than with the original drink .. like if i wanted ice i would of just bought the whole fricken bag of ice. Plus her attitude was not good like im a customer i want what i paid for not for what received. If you selling a cup of ice sell it .. if you sell lemonade than sell the lemonade i want what i paid for not filled of ice its a rip off … plus tables arr always dirty.. and there is always a bunvh of people waiting to pay because there is no cashiers .. they want you to use a kiosk like its a restaurant not selfserve .. people can be standing for like 10 to 15 min to pay .. this is ridiculous ..

McDonald’s is McDonald’s. The food is what you would expect. Pretty delicious, but my God do I hate the fact you have to order from a machine. I’m not against using technology, but it creates this disorganized cluster where the food comes out.

They also don’t have self serve refills for your soda, so you have to work your way through a dozen other customers standing around aimlessly waiting for their food to wait around for a busy employeeto refill your drink. They also charge for bags, so if you have leftovers, good luck, because they’ll only give you a tiny bag for free. Otherwise, do I need to go to the kiosk and pay $0.10 with my credit card? Then go and wait for it up front?

Also, the stupid kiosk asks you for a table number, but doesn’t include all the tables as an optiom, so you have to put the wrong table down and then intercept your food before it goes to the wrong people. And when you go to the counter to get your food, you have to make multiple trips because you got food for the family including drinks and a happy meal which makes it impossible to taken in one trip. Then if you need extra napkins, be prepared again to fight your way through the crowd, only to get like 4 extra napkins. Perfect for three people eating greasy food, not to mention a toddler who sticks his fingers in his ketchup.

I don’t often eat McDonald’s, but this was a good enough reason to never step foot inside of one again.

Oh, and bring warm clothes if you sit in the play place room!

I have been there a few times, They missed a couple of items on my order to dine in, when I went to retrieve them, I waited again for someone to take notice, no one was at the counter. The manager (a lady) looked at me but did not bother to ask if I needed anything. Finally another worker took care of my missing items by then my fries got cold..

Extremely disappointing experience. The young man working the night shift had a poor attitude and made the interaction uncomfortable from the start. After a long workday, the last thing a customer needs is to be met with impatience and unprofessional behavior. Customer service is clearly not a priority here during late hours

The employees are a little rude at this location. The location however, is convenient for me because they quickly got my order ready for me and they handled the costumers inside the lobby as well as the drive thru with ease.
