Better have taken your Spanish courses very well in high school because that’s all they speak here and if you don’t speak Spanish to them you won’t get service. The little small lady in the front counter tells you to hold on for everything and then doesn’t even take care of it. I had used the self severed machines took the number to my table and they didn’t even give me utensils or straws for my orders when I sent my child to grab them as I prepared my kids food it took until the last 5 minutes we decided to stay 20 min to get anything. Then they want to have an attitude towards children. TexMex is what they speak I speak Spanish Castilian and it’s no wonder they don’t get anything done, even with a full staff. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and just so you don’t have to wait the restroom code is 5682

Honestly the food came out good like it was just made. The service though. The workers just looked at me and just passed. The cashier had to stop taking orders to help me out.

The line was extra long. I used the kiosk for the 1st time. 20 minutes later, EVERYONE in the line was gone with their food. The server TWICE told me that my order was coming. I asked for a refund, no apology or attempt to fox the problem. I crossed the street to Burger King.

Like others have stated, the service at this McDonalds has gone down over the years. It’s gotten to a point where any time I want to give them another chance it doesn’t matter if I order through the drive-thru, the mobile App, or even uber eats they always get part of my order wrong. It doesn’t matter if it’s breakfast or dinner, they’re always messing up.

I only stop here when I’m out of options because it’s always super slow. Today was even more ridiculous than usual and when I hit into my quarter pounder it tasted like they dropped a cup of salt on the burnt patty. Had to throw it away.

Overall it’s a pretty good McDonald’s, they take your order pretty fast, food is always warm doesn’t taste like it’s been sitting there for a while. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because they always forget to put an item in the bag causing u to go back for it.
