Well, it’s McDonald’s and repetition is the word here. It taste the same as any other McDonald’s but going through the drive thru can be concerning. I added onions and tomatoes to my breakfast sandwich and unfortunately, they missed the mark. We asked for them on the side they added them to the sandwich. Also we had to open every sandwich to find them and they forgot the onions. We asked twice. First where you pay and then at pick up, and the still missed the mark.

*CAUTION with the Monopoly items.
I haven’t been to this location in over a year, and I’m glad it’s no longer my go-to location. I ordered via mobile app & selected the “Monopoly” option for some nostalgia. Quarter pounder and large drinks were designated a Monopoly piece & I ordered both – so 2 pieces total. I go up to the window and get my order and noticed the large drink did not have a piece – I had to ask for it, which feels a lot like theft if you make it a habit to ONLY give the pieces when they are asked for it. The purchase of the items under the Monopoly menu should imply you want the piece, but I guess common sense was missing today. The quarter pounder was also missing a piece, so I requested for it as well. I was told it did not qualify for the piece. The manager took over since it seemed the employee was confused & he told me it does not qualify & it has to be a digital order. I had him explain what digital was because I told him I ordered through the app. Not only did he have me show him on the app, which I find odd since the manager should know menu items, but he still could not bring himself to apologize. In fact, he doubled down stating that he will only honor it this once, which I find wild – all because he didn’t want to admit it may have been a system error or oversight on their part. I could never respect a person who doesn’t know how to take accountability. I found it to be a cringe experience for the employee who was obviously confused by the situation. What could’ve been a coachable/humbling lesson in great customer service turned into a show of ego & the employee didn’t learn a thing other than second hand embarrassment.

Employees are to busy talking instead of greeting their customers. I place my breakfast order online and on time. I ended up with no breakfast because they said they didn’t see my order. I gave them the order # and said breakfast is now over. My son was so upset and left crying because all we went for was a pick up. Manager didn’t even care to help or offer at least a cheese burger for my son to make it up. Kids are the restaurant number #1 customer and my was very upset.

This is the one McDonald’s that does not have any homeless people. This McDonald’s is clean as a whistle. From what I saw is that if you had a problem with your order they will fix it for you immediately when other McDonald’s just simply don’t care. I really hope that there’s McDonald’s can keep it up with their cleanliness. The breakfast is great. I’m definitely loving their apple pies

I very rarely eat at McDonald’s, perhaps once in 6 months. I’ve been to this location 5-8x and I’d say for every visit save maybe for 1, they’ve messed up the order. I just got home today 9/2 and there’s no sauce for my McNuggets. This is at least the third time this has happened. Nuggets are awful without the sauce. Manager here should be reconsidered.

I haven’t seen so many unhappy anti-social employees in one place. To be greeted with “yes?” interested of at least a “hi” is a bit off putting. Food was ok everything else was pretty bad.

It’s kind of hard to rate fast food since most of them it’s more of a treat for a craving or a get eating out of the way for something else going on, regardless of the situation it serves its purpose but why would they screw up the order so frequently when using the drive through…

If I could give them a -10 star rating I would!!! I ordered food for my kiddos and myself and my double quarter pounder with cheese had long curly hair in between the meat. When I called to tell them about it the manager told me I had the wrong number and was very rude tonight on 10/18/24 at 10:15pm. Then acted like she didnt speak english to help me. This is very nasty!!! Then when I asked for HOT mustard the guy at the window didn’t wanna give it me. I should have paid extra for it dang!!! Excuse my photo I spit the food out my mouth before I throw up!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
