I will not go back to this McDonald’s. My fries were old. My hamburger was not tasty, and my apple pie was cold. I took one bite of everything, wishing that something would taste better because I was so hungry. The people were nice, and the drive-through moved quickly. Everyone can have an off day, I suppose.

Very clean, Workers were polite and friendly except for the young lady at the register she was was rude and in a bad mood. And frozen coke machine was not working which was the reason why we went there but overall it was good

McDonald’s food is still what you expect, not great, but if you like it, you will still like it. The service at the Studio City location is virtually non-existent or so poor as to be offensive. I walked out after getting fries that were literally cold and a snotty explanation from a young man who obviously wished he could be somewhere else. And my burger order never got filled. Drive thru is the way to avoid an unpleasant experience.

They turn off the dining room soda machine to avoid soda theft, but this is an inconvenience for paying customers. Also the Filet-o-fish is the size of a chicken mcnugget now. Prices get higher and the food gets smaller.

Typical truck stop industrial area pit stop. Friendly servers in drive thru,, lots of parking , little human movement , mostly trucks, trailers and cars from off the freeway. It’s really the only place no competition. I’d rather have choices but if Micky dees is all there is. Well the choice is easy.

This McDonald’s has pretty much died. It use to be grate being right on Hollywood Blvd I miss the giant mural that they had like everything else this place has just pretty much died out no drink refills.
