Ordered the hot honey chicken wrap. It was a tiny piece of chicken and mostly lettuce and tortilla. I have had elsewhere and the chicken was bigger. The lady thay took our order and brought it out was so very friendly.

It was a great experienced. I decided to do me in during lunch hour. I was able to get my meal in a relatively quick fashion. I ordered from their self-service kiosk. I noticed that patrons waiting to order from the cashier had a longer wait. The cashier was busy preparing orders for dine-in customers, drive-thru, and various food delivery services. Which is three jobs in one. The inse was clean just packed. Which is typical of this place during weekend lunch rush. I come here often since I don’t live too far away. They have huge parking lot which is free compared to other places around that offer paid parking or off street metered parking only.

Listen, I never had cold food from here. For years my food has been fresh. Never have to say fresh fries its always hot. I dont even care of fast food but when I dip in its never disappointing. This location train the cooks well on fresh food

As like most locations, the food is as expected but the level of service has dropped dramatically since the introduction of self service kiosks. I’ve stood at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes waiting for a staff member to approach me to take my special order. #painful

Poor customer service. An employee named Marry Santiago repeatedly refuses to provide a drinking straw when I politely ask for water, while other employees give it without any issue. This has happened several times. Very disappointing experience.

This was the worst service ever. I ordered takeout, and when I received the package, it turned out it was missing the sauce (which I’d selected in the app and paid for!). I told the employee, but the employee insisted my order didn’t include sauce. No problem. I started pulling out my phone to show that I’d paid for the sauce, and then the employee casually tossed my sauce at me and walked away. As if he’d given me a gift. Where’s the apology? I could have left without checking the package.

Came here around 4 AM with a few friends and tried ordering through the McDonald’s app. The staff told us “cash only” even though the app was clearly working and connected to their location. After several minutes of back-and-forth, they finally agreed to give us our original order through the app — but when we added two Diet Cokes, they suddenly refused and said we’d have to pay cash only and that it would be $7.
It was pretty obvious what was happening — they were picking and choosing when to accept mobile payments and trying to pocket cash transactions off the books. Completely unacceptable and likely illegal.
At 4 AM, you’d expect basic honesty and professionalism, not staff trying to scam customers over sodas. Management seriously needs to look into what’s going on during the late-night shifts at this location. Avoid this place unless you want to argue just to pay normally like any other McDonald’s

Service! Elvira? I think that was her name… Well she was Stellar!!! Just all the way super sweet and made you feel like she just wanted you to be happy! I ordered twice. The first time I ordered 3 fresh cookies and the second time and ice crram cone and a cheeseburger. The establishment is very clean, the have the self help kiosks -which I would have used had I not wanted fresh cookies. They have an abundance of parking and seating inside. It is handicapped accessible. My burger… Well.. You can tell it had been out.. It was made before I ordered it so the bun was crunchy.. But hey the service was awsome and the place is clean.

This is the BEST McDonald’s I’ve been to. I don’t even live here! I live in Whittier but come out with my husband to work. The nuggets are always crispy, the fries are packed w/ the right amount of seasoning and the eggs are thick like in the commercials. Service is fast !!
