Modern Bird Travels
We recently visited this McDonald’s and were pleased with the overall experience. There was no wait time at the counter, the self‑serve stations were operating smoothly, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We also want to commend the restaurant for its overall cleanliness; the dining area and tables were spotless, and the food quality was up to McDonald’s standards.
Unfortunately, the restroom was undergoing cleaning, which prevented us from using it. When we asked the cleaning attendant if we could access the facilities, we were asked to wait while she finished working on the sinks, even though she was nearly done. In a customer‑focused environment, it would have been reasonable for her to pause the almost‑finished task and prioritize our needs.
Overall, we appreciate the cleanliness of the place and the efficient service, and we hope the bathroom situation can be handled more promptly in the future.

I usually come here for lunch and to get away from work. Not a lot of peeps around 1pm but gets pack from the school nearby. Never had an issue, good service and clean. I usually see one staff member cleaning. With the app I get my food at my table. My fish sandwich was free since I had points. Overall I was happy.

I use to come to this restaurant for years. Ever since they remodeled it, it has become more about your $$$ and wallet and not about you the customer. They don’t give a damm about you the customer or customer service.
If you eat-in, they force you to use Kisos for food ordering. No face to face contact. The Kisos forces you to take a table number and sit down. Food will be brought to you.
So, I waited. Waited. And waited. Then I got up from my table. There were 3 other customers besides me at the customer, waiting for help and for our food orders.
The employees completely ignored and didn’t acknowledge us customers. No employee at the counter. That’s the way Corporate and this store management want it. NO CUSTOMER CONTACT. Give us your $, take your food, get the hell out, and don’t bother us.
Finally, I had to raise my voice and yell several times, to get some attention and help. I had it. I wanted my $ back and ready to leave the store.
I didn’t get a receipt at the kisos or with my food order. I had to request and wait for a printed receipt.
I would NEVER eat-in at this McDonald’s.

Although this is a busy intersection.
I’m able to get in and out in the morning.
The kiosks are usually always working. And unlike other McDonald’s they actually have a Live cashier taking your order isn’t that nice . Although the kiosk is my go to. I like that because sometimes you want that human contact or have questions and or there is a certain deal that only seems to come up with a human. Am I right?
The restroom is always clean. At least in the morning. I’ve only stopped here a couple of times in the afternoon. Therefore I can’t speak for that time of day. Also weekends I can’t speak for wknds .
The restroom is a big yay
Darn you covid.
Ever since covid hit finding a restroom is super Duper hard!
And being a female it’s even harder
We can’t go just anywhere.

Getting in and out of the location can be tricky and/or difficult. Depending on which way you’re going. Luckily There are 3 ways to enter and exit. Front, back and side.
And the parking at the entrance is cool until you have to leave and the drive thru line is in the way.

I only went in because I just missed a bus. It was foggy and raining at the same time! I Never experienced that before! But also it was so cold my hands were turning purple and my feet were numb. So I went to the closest place to get warm. Had a Senior coffee (still a bargain at $1.50!) and went through a bag of paperwork I had neglected. No one bothered me. AND every time I thought about leaving the Monsoon dropped again. There was no way I’d not been soaked if I walked 3 minutes outside. And I had an umbrella! So, over 2 hrs.later, I’d gone through my mail, receipts, + and couldn’t take it anymore! But suddenly the sun came through, the rain stopped, I gathered everything and returned to the place I’m staying across the street! So, even though I am not a fan of Micky D’s. Today I was happy to be there.

This has to be one of the nicest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen, had beautifully laid out dining rooms, and it even had sections that were a little more cozy and private. The service was very good and very friendly.

Furious with this place! She handed me my frozen drink without putting the lid on it securely and when I moved it from my left hand to my right hand I Jarred the lid not knowing that it wasn’t on and spilled the drink all over my clothing and all over the interior of my car down between the seat and console. I pleaded with her for a rag a wet rag and she would not give it to me, so I pulled over and fortunately I had a bottle of water I was drinking from, and some napkins in my car, and I tried to clean the interior of my car when a young man came out who I thought was coming to help me but he wasn’t, and I said “please help me can you get me a rag because I have this drink all over the inside of my car”. I asked him to send out the manager and he told me the manager “was too busy to help me”. He then went back inside and I asked again for him to send the manager and I continue to try to clean and when the young man came out he handed me some dry napkins which didn’t do anything to help me. Then the manager came out with a large drink which was the last thing that I needed at that moment, and I pleaded again for a wet rag and he told me that he wasn’t going to get me a rag that I was being rude. Rude? Seriously? I had sticky drink all over my car and my clothing because she didn’t put the lid on correctly. Needless to say I called corporate and I am waiting to hear now from the owner of that particular store.
