As a father of two kids. We love coming to this McDonald’s. Always clean and updated. We like that they decorated for the holidays and play Christmas music too. It’s a plus that they have the kids playground. They are always cleaning the tables, swiping and mopping the floors. Best McDonald’s in East la.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences with a male shift leader at this location. His attitude is consistently terrible, he always looks and acts irritated when you ask him for anything. He’s not polite at all and definitely does not represent the company the way a leader should.
If you’re unhappy working with customers, customer service is not the job for you. This has happened on several occasions, and the same bad attitude every time is the reason I won’t be coming back.
What makes this frustrating is that most of the regular employees here are actually nice and polite. It’s disappointing that the issue comes from someone in a leadership position.
McDonald’s, please don’t reply with a generic “contact us” message saying you take this seriously. Take action. Check your staff and fix the problem.

Get a whole new Crew, they deserve to be fired and watch everyone start going there again because the employees that work there are always trying to fight the customers. A old woman that’s a manager there threw a caution cone at me for no reason and after that she called the police on me.

Enjoy your $0.10 bag fee you got from me for my TAKEOUT ORDER! Was I really supposed to take my fries and burgers in my arms back to my car? Good afternoon I wanna talk about the food the service and the atmosphere. The service there is good there the lady with the ladies at the front there always nice. But the lady’s in the kitchen you can always hear them fighting over some bullshit and the work space looks very toxic to work at. The atmosphere looks goof but there’s always some old lady’s at the side of the store where the big Mac thingy is and they always seem to be giving looks at customers and they sit there for hours just talking and there’s always homeless walking inside the store asking for money. The food is good but they always seem to mess up your order you have to go to the front and ask them to fix it because they can never seem to get your order right.

Old chicken sandwiches, they charged me full price even though I used coupon and these are trash literally can taste the reheated in it. Never going back to this McDonald’s. Chicken nuggets were reheated aswell no crunch whatsoever.
