10/10 do not recommend coming here. This is the second time they messed up my order. I didn’t complain the first time & just took the loss, but when the same location consistently keeps making mistakes. I can’t tolerate it. They make you pull up into a parking space after the second window & wait for 15-20 minutes. I wouldn’t even mind if when I got the food, it was hot, or at least warm. No, this is the second time I’ve received cold food from here, as well as them forgetting some of my items. First time, was 2 of my cheeseburgers, this time they didn’t even give me my eggs. This is unacceptable and this location needs to do better. I will not be returning.

As of 02/2026, this location has extremely poor service. The employees are rude and unprofessional. They never seem to have basic condiments available, and they’re constantly out of ice and drinks. No soft drinks, no smoothies, no frappes — almost nothing is available when you order. The cashier area is always unattended, and you literally have to flag someone down just to get acknowledged. When they finally come over, they look at you like you’re bothering them.
On top of that, the restaurant feels unsanitary. The counters are dirty, the floors look unclean, and the overall atmosphere is not welcoming at all. Orders take forever, and when you finally receive your food, it’s often cold or thrown together carelessly. Management clearly needs to step in because this is not the standard you expect from McDonald’s. The food is always served hot, the kiosks are easy to use, the staff is friendly. Id give more than 5 stars for the service because I arrived at 9:55pm (I know, I’m annoying and should have come earlier) and the kind male manager allowed me in to order the $5 meal and Caramel Sundae. Thank You ❤️

This location’s employees WILL mess with your food. I ordered to go, paid the 10 cent bag fee and when they called my order they had it on a tray. I told them it’s supposed to be to go. The person bagging took longer than usual to bag and this is why. When I go to eat my food I take everything out and the sausage from my breakfast platter is at the bottom of the bag and was under the container and other items. I called the store and ask to speak to a manager and got hung up on. I called again, tell them what happened and I hear them talking to each other repeating that I said someone threw the sausage from my order then they hang up on me. I called a third time the line stays quiet so I just let them know I’ll be right there for a refund and hang up. I go back to the store let the cashier know I want a refund and she was confused why. I showed her the sausage thrown in the bag and ask if that’s how they serve the items, she says no and goes to get the manager. The manager (bigger woman wearing a blue shirt) comes over makes no eye contact with me, doesn’t say anything to me, just gets the receipt does a refund and kept her head down and that’s it. To top it off, she only refunded me 9.76 and my total was 9.87. This happened July 2, 2025 between 9:37 and 9:47 am. And I went for my refund about 10:25 am.

This has happened 3 times now. I have ordered on the mobile app 20 minutes prior to reaching the location and still waited 10 minutes in the drive thru and 5 more minutes in a parking space for 2dz cookies. Absolutely ridiculous

Unfortunately it’s the location that doesn’t get this local the best ratings. Not their fault. Lot’s of unhomed ppl all around, tents near by. But despite this the service was absolutely friendly, helpful, accurate and fast. I’ll go back, but only in my car.

Really enjoyed this McDonald’s! The place is clean and tidy, the staff is friendly and takes orders quickly. The food is fresh and hot, fries are crispy, and burgers are juicy. Even during busy hours everything is well organized and fast. Kids loved the Happy Meal and toys. Definitely deserves a solid five stars!

I just had the worst experience at McDonal’s today. Saw a new menu and decided give it a try. Came home to find out my spicy crispy chicken is missing everything inside. How does this even happen while making food, that is as simple as this? Basically had to just throw it away and the fact that I wasted 5 bucks pisses me off. What a way to ruin someone’s day McDonald’s. Good job!
