HORRIBLE & DISGUSTING!
Besides the messy food i ordered because why would anyone want to do their job correctly these days smh. I ordered a cup of ICE , A CUP OF ICE and it had a foul oder from it. I love eating ice , its a craving. As the ice was melting , it was cloudy not clear and it still had a bad smell like a sewage smell to it
I even placed a complaint to the health inspectors and i will continueto do so until i vet a full teport everything has been checked ! I’ll be sharing my post through Reno Apps on social media because this is nasty!

Unfortunately one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve never had warm food here once while coming here. The only time I have truly had warm food was my milkshake, that was melted and liquidy. The one thing that is not supposed to be warm.

Me and my boyfriend, each ordered daily double meal and our burgers we’re very poorly wrapped it wrapped at all couldn’t tell because the second we pick it up they fell out of their wrapping then they forgot to give us either of us our barbecue and sweet-and-sour sauce for our chicken nuggets and the fries were weirdly enough for the McDonald’s not salty at all. I was very disappointed.

I live in a place close to this store, for about 3 years now, and each time they not only get my order wrong, but they forget stuff, and make you feel absolutely horrible going back for something you paid for. After tonight, I’ll just skip the convenience and go to another place. Wendy’s is right up the road, Carl’s Jr as well, and they treat you way better, food wise too. Do not stop here.

This has been my neighborhood location for almost 20 years, I can say at 1 point it was decent. Then it got BAD, then it was alright but lately its getting worse. Ive dropped my orders to coffee only and the last 3 times ive had to have it remade. A coffee !!! Then i get eye rolls and attitude as if us being customers isnt whats keeping people employed.

Its McDonald’s what can I really say except that I usually only order McFlurry and this time was no exception. Good ice cream heavy on the m&ms and heavy on the caramel as requested. Friendly and quick!

After being on the road for work all day needed some solid food sadly fast food but here we are. I didn’t even get harm my stomach with bread. I went to snack and I’m like wow am I that tired or is that way small. Didn’t smell the burger then I decided to open it to this. Just wow. You would hope they read these things. But alas they won’t!

Me and my family members went to McDonald’s the other day. We asked for a burger with just mayonnaise and onions, and they slobbed a bunch of mayo, and barely any onions. After 3 times of them trying to get it right (which they never did) We gave up and went home. Do not go to McDonald’s and interact with tone-deaf employees!
