Very disappointing, came on Thursday around 6:30 pm and the playground was close, they said because corporate was coming the next day, I asked at somebody else and this lady said it was ok to for the kids to play but not to take any food to the playground ( understandable ) but they had the lights off in the playground and my 3 year old was scare. I don’t understand why make such a big deal because corporate was coming ! They have to see reality not the show they were putting for them, we the customers are the one paying their check for everybody in McDonald’s!!!

Im a doordash driver the people that work here after dinner hours dont help with orders myself and someone else we were outside knocking the window and doorbell and nobody was anwsering they just kept looking at us at first l went to the drive dru they told me to go to the lobby and still they didnt help me, costmer was on the phone saying where was his order. This mcdonalds location is not good with doordash and who knows with what other food apps more.

This store specifically has so many issues with their drive thru. Half the time they get my order wrong.
Then all the prices for garbage tier food have skyrocketed.
Also if you order more than a drink in the drive thru you can expect to sit while 8 people get their food in their special drive thru parking spot so their drive thru times don’t get them in trouble.
Makes sense to have these rules and the franchise owners get around it in sneaky ways that screw the customers over. Their review score is accurate. Don’t give this place your business.

This McDonald’s has the best service I have ever witness at any fast food place – ever. They brought my food to my table and came by 3 times to see if I needed anything. Impressive!!

So problem with public places is people use the facilities. Had to argue with the manager that I wanted to order food through the drive thru but was going to use their bathroom. She told me only customers can. As a drive thru customer it’s not available. I guess McDonald’s doesn’t need drive thru customers. It’s a matter of customer policy from McDonald’s so don’t eat here. We decided not to get dinner here cause the lady was rude. If your a supposed manager telling people they aren’t customers because they didn’t order yet. I eat McDonald’s with family and friends several times a week and they are becoming the worst in service and food. Our local McDonald’s does well but we order the same breakfast alot because we are busy with work.

This was the most disappointing lunch I have had at McDonalds maybe ever! I had like 10 minutes to grab food. This McDonald’s is right down the street. Made my order, drove up to the window and paid, and was asked to pulled forward and wait for food when I got to the second window. There were already 2 other cars waiting in front of me. No more room to wait without driving out onto the street. I pulled up as far as I can and was honked at and yelled at by the car behind me. I literally had no where to go. I received my meal and the soda was devoid of flavor, there was no syrup in the carbonated water. Didn’t figure that out until I was back at work, because at this point I was running late. Ended up just throwing it away. The fries were fine, though the container was barely filled. I was given the WRONG chicken sandwich. Mine should have had lettuce, tomato, mayo. But nope, just a burnt piece of chicken between two soggy buns, no condiments at all, and 2 very sad pickles. I get it, it’s fast food, this shouldn’t be high end or perfect. BUT, it should be edible, which this barely was. Will find a different drive-thru next time I am in a hurry.

It’s nice because they have two lanes for the drive-through but when I went through the drive-through, the guy told me to park on the side and you have to go the wrong way on Kiski Lane and so that’s a real big hazard for everybody near this McDonald’s and then he also came out like two seconds later so there’s no point in me park it up at the front especially with nobody behind us and they forgot my ranch low-key a waste of my time

The order was messed up which was affected by poor service and all of this combined made the atmosphere unbearable. Ordered a double quarter pounder and they accidentally gave me one with bacon. Handed it back to them for a refund. Minutes later I realized that from the bills they refunded me, a $5 bill was not only torn down the middle but a large portion of it was just missing. Like a solid 10% of the paper of the entire bill was missing. Went back into the restaurant to exchange it for a good bill, and get this, the store manager argues with me that the bill is still acceptable by the bank. Like really? It’s bad enough you messed up my order and now you’re arguing? Even if the bill is still acceptable as legal tender, it still won’t be accepted at any ATM. They have really bad management at this location.

Go somewhere else! I pulled up to the drive thru and another car was in the other lane. The store took their order and that car pulled forward. I waited for about a minute and I heard them starting to take the order of the other lane before mine. I said “hello” and a few seconds later I was greeted with a rude “just a minute”. Long story short – the woman was very rude, they didn’t have the smoothie we came there for and it took 5-6 minutes for this horrible trip through the drive thru.
Not sure if they are the same owner or not – but the store at 440 Keystone Ave, Reno, NV 89503 is much better. Better service and people who are nice. I 100% will not return to this location…and if I find out the other store is the same owner, I won’t go there either.
