Ordered a number 3 got a number 2. In drive through. Have to go back to have them fix it. What An EPIC waist of time. Burger patty was cooked at least 2 hours before done the patty was dry dark brown.

I hate to say it but I’m done with this location and probably done with the chain all together. This is the third time in the last month that my order from ordering to having it took over 15 minutes at a fast food restaurant. I’ve run full service restaurants for over 20 years and I would tell you that there are a lot of restaurants in the full service environment that can can be 15 minutes from order to handing you food. I get that it’s hard to hire and it’s busy, but this just actually seems to be okay with them at this point..

Very disappointing experience. I ordered 4 McChicken sandwiches but was only given 1. I also ordered a 10-piece nugget, but only received 6 pieces even though I was charged for the full 10-piece order.
I was very clear when placing my order, so it was frustrating to receive an incomplete order and still be charged for items I didn’t receive. Please double-check orders before handing them out, because customers expect to get exactly what they paid for.

They’ve gotten my order wrong 5 times in a row now. This time they completely forgot one of my meals. I’m not too sure how they’ve messed up every single one of my orders but it’s kind of impressive.

I go to this McDonald’s because it’s the closest to my apartment, but the service is almost always slow and they almost always give me something I didn’t order. Today I just got here and ordered a McCrispy Spicy Deluxe, and instead of spicy chicken, they gave me regular chicken and added a spicy sauce that I didn’t ask for. If they don’t have a product, they should definitely let you know before you order it! Disgusting.

I placed an order (#C9E91) for my kids in the McDonald’s app after a super long work week. It was delivered by Uber Eats missing two McFlurries and the McDouble was ordered without onions but had them all over it. The rest of the order was totally cold. I had to throw it away. Using the customer service chat was worthless because they won’t redeliver. Calling the store was also pointless. No one answered the first two times I called. Then when they picked up they said I would need to bring ALL of our order to the store for them to “check it.” I wasn’t about take my kids happy meals away from them and load them up into my car and drive to the store when the whole point of getting food delivered was so I could just feed them quickly. Incredibly rude customer service and horrible app. The manager was super rude. Never again. What a waste of money.

We ordered at the kiosk. We both had the McRib. although the lobby looked quite clean and employee came out and swept up and made sure everything looked good. Restrooms were recently cleaned. The guy who brought over our food was very friendly and asked if we had everything we needed. The McRibs were doused in that delicious BBQ sauce. Such a mess, but so yummy.

I placed an order and sent a screenshot to my brother. They held onto the order for about 30 minutes and didn’t want to give it to him. They told me to come and get it. I had to walk five minutes to get there, and they didn’t give me the order right away either. They went to consult with the manager. The manager came out with a sneer and handed me the order. I asked what the problem was and why they hadn’t given me the order. She mockingly wished me a good day. It was all so disgusting. I didn’t eat those burgers, I just threw them away. They ruined my whole mood. Disgusting people!!!

Ordered 20 piece nuggets, and 2 cheese burger meal with a medium shake. They dont give me any napkins or a straw, no dipping sauce for the nuggets and after realized they gave me a small shake instead of medium. French fries were half empty and just dumped in the bag. Tge place was empty too. I know its mcdonald’s and really dont have high expectations but this location is terrible.
