I visited this establishment during lunch time, and my experience was disappointing. I placed an order, but the BBQ sauces were missing. When I approached the front for assistance, no one responded. After trying to get attention politely and watching people continually pass by, I stepped into the section between the counter and kitchen to get attention.
Selina, “the manager,” told me I couldn’t be back there, even after I explained the missing items. She repeated her instruction, and I became frustrated. She then told another staff member wearing earbuds to hand over the sauces. The employee handed over the sauce and provided me with her personal unsolicited opinion regarding my actions. I suggested she remove her earbuds so she could hear me next time.
I understand the challenges of the food industry and am usually patient with mistakes, but this situation showed a clear lack of training and professionalism. I also tried to collect the employees’ names for this statement, but Selina refused and mocked me.
I hope management can address these problems and provide proper training, as the staff’s behavior was the main issue.

Kiosk system makes service feel less personal. Even though I had a table number tag, they didn’t deliver the food and instead called me to pick it up. They forgot my drink. The lobby looks like it hasn’t been serviced or cleaned for 6 hours. If they’re paying $15/hour, they can at least be selective on decent staff. Otherwise, the food was great.

Ordered breakfast for 2 & one of the orange juices looked different than the other. On tasting both, one was obviously very watered down. This was after waiting in the drive through behind one other vehicle for over 15 minutes because the staff did not make the large order ahead of me pull in to park as is corporate policy. The food itself was fine, but not the warmest. When i went in to get my drink replaced, there were 4 other people actively making complaints. Overall this location has gone downhill.

They do not have any thing for self-service. Except for napkins. You have to ask for ketchup, utensils, straws , syrup and restroom passcode … making wonder what is the environment around here is like … The whole vibe here is a bit of dead in the morning.
But the food is consistent.

Been here 2 times in the last year. Both times they didnt give me all my food and I had to go back. This time they knew but they didn’t have any hash browns ready. Its called communication or a refund. Not just we don’t give toh all your order and let you drive back then make to stand there for 10 minutes while nobody how works there will even look at you while you got kids j the car. Reno has other locations. Go there.

Originally i was gonna give it a 2 star, but because this is the only McDonalds in town that plays really good jazz I’ll give it 3. The place seems to be a little run down, a lot of the tables are dirty and not clean. So you have to pick and choose where to sit. The food is okay, the fries maybe a little lukewarm. I tried to get some assistance with the workers but they just kept going back and forth and avoiding me for like 5 minutes which was strange.

Came after work ordered a meal almost got poison went back to get my money back only for the untouched burger but got yelled at told
It took me 30min to get throw the drive throw for a second time mind you both times there was a line I looked at the receipt and the time in her screen it was 18 min not 30 at all she called me poor started telling me I must really need the money it’s the principal she kept my burger and didn’t give me any of my money back I felt robbed I have never had this happen in my life

Very slow business, drive through was halted for up to 20 minutes. Multiple orders were made wrong as people were lined up at the counter waiting on their correct and or missing food.
I watched a women in front of me open her happy meal before informing staff that the fries were missing, before one of the cast members rudely answered “no there were fries in there.” Eventually they ended up giving the fries to the customer before scoffing and walking off. After moving onto assisting me and my wrong order, I too was provided the same poor and lazy customer service. The visible kitchen area was dirty and cluttered, with multiple cross contamination happening at the food prep table. A staff member was observed picking up a dropped item off the ground to toss it before returning back to making food, not once did I see him or anyone else change gloves or wash their hands.
This place needs an entire retraining on the staff, and needs to be put under new management considering the mass amount of negative reviews this place has over the years, with little to no improvement with quality, speed, cleanliness, and customer service.

The most disgusting McDonald ever I had, food had weird taste and smell, also I ordered large fries which wasn’t large since it was filled half way! I asked them to be well done and light salt, it was soggy and no salt at all!
