Literally the worst and slowest mcdonalds I’ve ever been to, and I go to many on all my road trips. This one is a joke.
I’ve come several times over the years while visiting my sister in town, every time thinking maybe it was an off day.. but nope. I’ve learned this is their normal, and today was even worse!
We spent 25+ mins in the drive through line. Got handed cold fries by the time we got to the pick up window, and then sent to the next window to wait for our drinks. My sister got handed a frappe that was not even blended.
Ridiculous. Just avoid it. Go to the next closest… the time you’ll waste waiting for terrible food isnt worth the saving drive time.

When you enter this McDonald you will quickly notice the lack luster customer service. There is no one at the counter to greet or serve you, forcing you to order through the kiosks. After you order food will take what feels like an eternity to arrive. The food was as good as you would expect from McDonalds, terrible. Before we leave we go to order ice cream. The man who served us Devin F made a comment about not serving people who mess around with condescending tone. His reason for this is I had faked throwing something at my friend previously. When I asked if i wasn’t aloud to throw imaginary objects at my friend, he said “no not in this McDonald’s, what makes you think it would be okay?” I said because it is a free country and made a joke saying “is this a nazi ran McDonald’s” his response to my question was “yeah it is” he then made remarks about my haircut and how I need a new barber. This was overall ruined the experience, glad to say I will not be coming back to this McDonald’s.

When I and my 8 yr old grandson arrived I started picking items from the auto menu. My grandson went searching for a clean table and he was not successful ,he complained all were dirty and there were too many flies. There were only 2 customers sitting separately. Finally our order arrived at my dismay the hamburger bun was cold and dry. I requested lettuce and charged 60 cents extra. I opened the bun to look for the extra lettuce and found a tiny sprinkle of shredded lettuce including the bottom piece of the root. I was positive they gave me a child size burger it was that small. I was going to request some dipping sauce but one of the customers offered his extra sauce as he was leaving. He said this is not the McDonald’s we grew up with. Staff went to hide in the kitchen. Eventually someone came out to clean the tables. In Japan you can purchase anything from a vending machine so no need of customer service so I think this is where we will all end up. No reason to return here.

I came to the drive-thru sat 8 mins to order because the crappy app and code kept getting denied. I made it to the window finally just for my card to be denied!!! Sat five more minutes for the cashier to find a manager with her rudeness to tell the Obvious it was denied. I told them I shouldn’t be denied I just used it at raleys 10 mins Prior. so I gave them the same card that was on the app the same one that got denied and it worked!! I pulled to the next window to get my food no better I was to pull forward and wait for my no salt fries.. fine. I sat there 10mins for them to give me food the was as horrible as the manager Attitude!!! They were work on there crappy drive thru guess building a patio and they didn’t have enough room and my custom rims on my 25 blazer got damaged!!! This location is the worst one I’ve ever been too!! Never ever again!!

The only thing that is good about this location is that they offer employment to people who likely would never be able to gain employment anywhere else. Thank you for allowing us to see the lack of customer service, inability to get orders correct, lack of quality control, lack of management etc… Take good notes people, this location offers you a wide variety of lessons on how not to run a business and showcases personnel that are in dire need of adequate training and leadership.
You take my money, hand me a drink and have me pull forward to wait. 5 minutes later you come and ask me what my order was? After another 5 minutes you bring a bag, basically toss it towards me and walk away.
The food was disgusting. Egg McMuffin on an inedible english muffin. Hard and stale. Dried up eggs with green on the bottom, soggy hash browns and a sweet tea… I hate sweet tea.
This is not my first visit to this location with an issue. I thought maybe the crew was having a bad day or moment. Maybe a one off kinda thing. However, after a few repeated incidents, different times and crews, I see a pattern here.
I rarely leave a 1 star review for any business. I save that 1 star for the locations that trully deserve it. I can say with confidence, that I will not visit this location again.

Long wait even though there was only one car in the drive through. When I go to order, they were out of half the menu items. Staff was rude and wouldn’t acknowledge me at the window. If I hadn’t promised my kids happy meals I would have left, even though they didn’t even have chocolate milk. Then I had to park and wait for the food on top of it all

McCrispy chicken tenders were complete garbage. They were overcooked and dry as cardboard. I put a chicken nugget next to them in the picture for reference. Unbelievable that they serve this stuff and have the gall to charge so much.

Went with my son inside as he wanted to order and pay with his cash, he got ignored for about 10 minutes before finally being helped. Then he got his order on a tray when he asked for it to go. He again got ignored even after saying excuse me trying to get attention of the workers in the back. When they finally acknowledged him he asked if he could have a bag. They gave him a normal brown bad (my son’s fault) but he then tried to get their attention again so he could ask for a bag with handles because we were on our scooters. As we continued to get ignored for about another 2 minutes I told my son let’s just go your food is already cold. For a simple order of one meal it took over 30 minutes not because they were slammed but because they just don’t service the front counter. (we would’ve used the kiosk, but there was a sign on it, saying if paying with cash come to the counter) Also, don’t like using the kiosk because I can’t ever customize the order. Now to put the cherry on top, my son ordered and paid for two ranches, because we are so focused on getting a bag while getting ignored we forgot all about the sauce until we got home.

When they ask you to pull into a spot to wait for them to bring you your food, the first thing that comes to mind is that something is going to be nice and hot and freshly cooked, right? So not the case at this one, I seriously feel like their bosses encourage them to keep day old food and sell it to ppl that show up first thing in the morning. Nothing about my order was even fresh, the hash browns were even a little hard like they had been sitting out for a day. Totally disgusting and disrespectful especially because their prices have gone up so I just wasted like $30 for some crappy day old food. Can you guys be any greedier?
