My mom wanted McDonald’s, so we ordered 40 chicken mcnuggets, a $7 double burger meal, and a $6 double cheeseburger meal. Staff was friendly, but seemed ‘confused’. They forgot the drink for one meal for which we had to ask for. Once we got home I discovered that the double cheeseburger was a single cheeseburger wrapped up in a double cheeseburger wrapper. Called the store and left a message about this, but never received a call back.

Decided to order off of their McValue menu. 2 each of the double cheeseburgers and daily doubles. Pretty good for what you get. Changing my rating. Recommended…Thumbs up.

I drove out in the freezing cold in the middle of the night specifically because this location advertises late-night service — only to be told they were not serving food.
No notice. No explanation. Just “we’re not serving food.”
That’s unacceptable.
If you’re going to advertise being open, then be open. People rely on that — especially late at night. Gas, time, and effort were wasted for nothing.
I contacted customer care and received a generic apology saying it would be “escalated.” That doesn’t fix the inconvenience or frustration.
Do better. If you’re closed or not serving food, update your hours online so customers aren’t driving out in the cold for nothing.
Very disappointing experience under the “Golden Arches.”

This is why I dont go to McDonalds. Its also like Walmart. If you expect zero customer service on a busy Friday night with short staff. Owner needs to do better at staffing. Manager was really nice. She helped with my dilemma. I used the app to order a simple order 40 piece nuggets and free fries. I ordered at 609pm and had to get the manager involved because they erased my order. I didn’t get my order till 715pm. Poor girl at the front counter was overwhelmed. She was the only one trying to managed many orders. All the attention was focused on drive thru.

They either take 30 minutes to get you your order, or leave your mobile app order that you ordered 30 minutes ago on the counter when you pull up through the drive thru and no one knows what you ordered, and 10 people behind you who ordered after you get their food before you do. Or, they forget basic items that come with the meal you ordered. How do you consistently mess an order up through the app?

Terrible. Maybe ok if you drive thru. They obviously don’t want any walk in service. Any walk in order was 20 to 45 minutes and then it’s cold and probably not right. I turned into a “Karen” and had to yell for counter help. No one is assigned to help with walk in customers. You’re treated as an inconvenience.

This was the first time we’ve been back here in a very long time due to the usual 35+ minute waits in the drive through. We gave it another shot because they were empty. This is the very first time we didn’t have to go inside and ask for all the sauces they usually forget to put in the bag. We thought dang lucky for once, but both fries were cold to the touch and we got no napkins or straws in the bag. We were parked because they asked us to pull forward instead of wait at the window so we had to go inside for this stuff. Too inconvenient this isn’t even drive through at this point. Won’t stop here again too many other choices with much better consistency.

We’ve been going here for a couple of years now and it doesn’t matter what time of day it is the drive thru always takes a long time and they always ask you to pull over to the side, you have to wait for them to walk your order to the car and the person never knows which car the food is for so they have to go to multiple cars before they find the right one.
I have never been to a McDonald’s that does this to this degree, management really needs to work on getting the orders out in a timely manner.

This McDonald’s sucks, never get an order right. One time I’ve had a quarter pounder raw then we got a new one there was hair over it . I just got an order tonight, no pickles, they forgot the fries. They really do suck. I’ve always had problems with them

McDonald’s has become horrible today I bought breakfast burrito the tortillas where soaking wet and stuck to the wrapper opend It up everything fell apart, only good thing today was only waited like a second to get meal, longest I’ve had to wait was 45 min. Don’t know if ill continue going i think that’s why I’ve seen less and less cars there daily
